Best Buy had to come out not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES to install the dryer because it needed a 10 foot cord, which I finally bought myself and sure enough they didn’t bring it the third time themselves. I told them after the first time that’s what I needed and I had to reschedule each time myself. It took a week between each try, so 3 weeks to go without a dryer. I’m quite unhappy with this incompetence. The installers apparently did not make note nor come out again without me having to reschedule, and they did not even tell me I needed to do that.

Purchased Washer Installation for my new LG washing machine. Since I was replacing a 11 year old existing LG washer with a new LG, I thought it would be straightforward. The delivery team dropped the washer in my laundry room and asked "Are you going to install it?" So, I new something was funny. Turns out that the new washers drain hose is shorter than the older unit and installation would take some effort that the installers were not willing to do. Long story - I ended up installing myself.

Absolutely horrible experience! First, I was delivered a broken washer, and then there was no stackable kit, even though it was requested to complete the installation. The customer service experience on the phone was a true nightmare! It took four appointments to get the installation right. I seriously almost just returned the machines.

Installation and delivery was good as far as no damage and having to go up a flight of stairs…. But The hot and cold water hoses were connected opposite…. Only complaint
