This review is for the installation. Best Buy sent a subcontractor in an unmarked vehicle. They got the truck stuck in the yard and a very large man stomped out to me, towered over me and raised his voice telling me I had to pull their very large truck out of the mud. I felt threatened and called my husband at work to come home. Luckily, another contractor was working on the driveway was able to pull them out. The larger man was angry. He did not wipe his shoes on the mat and tracked huge chunks of mud across the carpet of our new home until he got to the laundry room. He proceeded to tell me I needed a pipe coming out of the floor for the dryer vent instead of the vented hole in the floor. He had to call that in until he was told how to install. Then he hooked up the washer hoses from BEHIND the washer. Before he did this, I asked him how he was going to get out. He said he would just tilt it forward. I backed up so he could do that and he instead climbed up and over the new dryer. It popped and dented the top. I said " You just dented it." He again raised his voice to me and said "Don't tell me I did that. I'm not that fat!" I just wanted them out of my house as I was home alone and felt very unsafe with this person. The other appeared to be in training. If my husband had been home, you would've taken this washer and dented dryer back and tried again with professionals. You should be ashamed to send people like this. I have never in my life has such a terrible experience with just a delivery. No one should feel threatened by someone you send to their home!!!!
