Installation fail

However they had never seen a condensing unit before and it took some time before they realized it didn’t need the same parts. Additionally the unit didn’t come with a u- shaped hose which is baffling and really makes it not able to be installed. They installed it regardless and after a test cycle and a real cycle, my wall was flooded. I’m sure it will all dry out and hopefully there’s no damage to my drywall or subfloor but still a bummer.
