Incomplete installation

They did not wear shoe cover and when my wife, at the time they already moved the washer to second floor asked them for lack of shoe cover, they replied they don't have one. Installation was incomplete and hose for hot water still is the same old hose, and they said hot water shout off tap is faulty and we need to ask plumber to complete installation, but with the same shout off tap they turned on the machine and apparently, there was not any apparent issues!!

Forgot to turn on cold water

It was the cold water. It was never turned on. Installers were nice but couldn’t explain the machine. However pretty self explanatory so I was good

Sad situation

May be a lemon bought at best buy a Samsung washer thought was top of the line product. Now both Best buy and Samsung want to charge me an arm and leg to fix what a tragedy and a burden. They said I didn’t get extra coverage but when look at account it say that information is no longer available. But Samsung ought to be ashamed for putting out a major appliance with less than a 2 years manufacturers warranty it's all a big mess... 1 year really

Second time same as the first

When rescheduled, it was supposed to be all the items. When the day came they only rescheduled the setup of the item without the item, it was schedule for delivery the next week. This is the second time this occurred. Also, checking and rechecking to make sure the pedestal that I had for the old washer would work with the new one and was told it didn't work, even though they never took it off the old one and tried.
