    Dryer was over 4 hours late with no communication. Wait times to connect to Best Buy customer service we’re atrocious. Once they got here, hookup was quick and we’ll done.

    extremely unprofessional installers. 3rd party definitely not being vetted. These guys are sloppy as hell and botched up the install of a washer something fierce. Did not level the unit. stuffed the drain hose so far down the drain that any time I ran the washer it would wobble and spit water all over the floor. Took several repeat visits to get corrected..
