The crew was knowledgeable. But, they seemed more focused on their time than on doing a complete job. If I had not been there watching them the install would have been half done.

I was not home when the delivery guys called to tell me they were 30 minutes out. However, I did get home within 20 minutes of that call only to watch them pull out of my street. I followed the truck to the next street light, because they were ignoring my calls. I told them that I was here to accept delivery but they rolled their windows up on me. At this point I was angry and immediately called Best Buy and Pacific Sales. After almost an hour of being on hold, (it was Sunday) we ended up rescheduling the delivery for another day since the driver was now unresponsive with the dispatcher. 2 hours later, without warning, the delivery guys show up. I ending up talking delivery but asked that they just drop off instead of installing the washer and dryer. I ending up installing them on my own. Note that they was the second time these guys delivered my washer and dryer. The first time, the drivers were 3 hours late. When it came time to install, they were really rough with the machines as they were assembling them in my driveway instead of my garage. They left a lot of scratches on the machines that I ended up requesting an exchange. During the uninstalling of the machines, I realized that the first installers didn't use plumbers tape for any of the water lines that resulted in leaking behind the machines where I couldn't see. Plumbers tape comes in the box with the water lines, but they opted not to use them. Neither did the gas lines have teflon tape. If possible haggle a discount with Pacific Sales to pay for someone else to install or do it yourself. This was a nightmare dealing with their installers.

I do believe that these smart washers have too much wannabe smart technology. Not the smartest buy. The sensor and deep water measurements for the loads don't work. Returned one and the second one is the same.

Call ahead and arrive at exactly the time stated. Cleaned up after. Really great service.

Drivers were great and work clean and well with us.

I specifically requested to have the Washer and Dryer delivered on the second floor. Best Buy told me that they have a written note to send 4 men crew to do the job. The installation company sent 2 skinny guys. You do the math. They damaged my staircase landing and the washer door, which they later replaced. This washer weighs 308 lbs, how did the company figured that two skinny guys would be able to lift this behemoth up the staircase is beyond me. After 4 hours they sent another person who was able to help and guide everyone upstairs. This was a liability nightmare waiting to happen. The washer could've toppled and landed on one of the guys.
