Delivery drivers were on time and installed, setup, and showed me how to operate

Wrong installation. The washer was hot when set to normal water source. Not tested properly and left at our own expense.

Best Buy installer was great he has a lot of experience he did a great job

2 guys brought my mew washer up one of them had a major attitude didn't even talk he rolled his eyes huffed and puffed and even strapped my old washer at 8:45pm to his back and hurled it down 3 flights of stairs by him self ..loudly

Horrible installation experience. I was thrilled to have it delivered and installed so quickly after purchase. I was devastated when the very next day the washing machine wouldn't drain. First I couldn't open it and called the manufacturer for help. Was informed it still had water in the tub and they asked me a few questions. Told me it was installed improperly and we'd have to drain it manually. I immediately called the store and was told to contact the Geek Squad, which I did, but they transferred me to the installer. I was told I'd have to wait two days for someone to come out and look at it because of the holidays. Not acceptable. I called the store back and asked to speak to the manager and told him my whole tale of woe. He said he'd call back after checking to see if he could get someone out to me sooner. When he called back my husband, who was furious, took the call. The manager said he could give us some money off our purchase for our inconvenience (something the installer had offered as well but I also said I just wanted someone out to fix it), but he couldn't guarantee anyone would be able to come out sooner. My husband said he wasn't interested in getting anything but the service. The manager said we'd hear from him by noon the next day. Never did. We had to wait until the day the installer scheduled. When they finally got here, I was told one of the legs on the washer wasn't even extended. So now my fear is using it unbalanced might have damaged the washing machine. We'll see. Horrible experience. Will never purchase a major appliance from Best Buy again.

I was VERY unhappy with the delivery of our new washer and dryer. We were promised a call forecasting when the equipment would be delivered. That didn’t happen. When the truck showed up and the driver came to the door, he was on the phone with someone else, didn’t even expend the energy to say hello. “Washer-dryer?” was all he spoke. We tried to ask about options for the safest way to get the equipment into the house and he became quite annoyed that we interrupted his phone conversation. When he went to unhook the hoses from the old washer, my shutoff valves leaked a little so he told us that we would need to reschedule the installation. I simply turned off the water to the house and the leak stopped. That is when Best Buy’s installer told me he was too busy to wait around for me while I was goofing off. I did convince him that the dryer did not depend on the water, so he insisted that the new vent hose on the old dryer could not be used and if we didn’t buy another new one he wouldn’t install the dryer. We agreed to the new hose, he hooked it up and then completely crushed it when he pushed the dryer against the wall. He left the unassembled washing machine in the middle of the floor and left. He took the shipping bolts with him. When I move the machine I’ll need them. I had to assemble and install the washer, then disconnect and repair the vent hose. This is the last time I will ever buy appliances from Best Buy. That is too bad for Best Buy as I have a house full of appliances that need to be replaced. I will spend many years strongly discouraging others from making the same mistake I made.
