i went to the store on Katy Freeway on Bunker Hill and Purchased Washer & Dryer i got the Most Recent that have come out from Samsung Big Ticket item on the purchased. when purchased them delivery was set up,they came out to the house and deliver and installed when tech get their they have told my Wife that did not fit so they could not installed i call the store back and talk to my sales person and reschedule the installation i talk to the tech Today and keep them Inform about the installation that my wife was on the way home n told them exact time on my wife arrival at the location ,driver was notified on all timing on the arrival of her they told me that they will wait for her arrival she get their and call me that tech not their they did not wait exact time as we agree . also i ask before driver to wait she will be their soon and did not care about my installation , thing that i'm upset i was told something by the tech that he will wait for her and do the installation, and afterwards he left and did not wait on the time i was told by the tech.dispatcher call me and all he told me he was sorry, sorry that is not acceptable to me i sent great money on this store on this one ticket item if they don't take care of their customer is because they don't care at all i'm very disappointment on how all this transaction went. i would never ever buy any item at this store for them to get installed their delivery and installer are very horrible i would not recommend nobody to this store.very very sad and horrible delivery and installer.

They were not able to attach one of the new hoses. In trying to get the old one off the faucet, they caused the faucet to leak. Perhaps this was not their fault. I agreed to leave the old hose attached. We had to get a plumber to fix.
