First installer pushed for time. Rude.

First installer was pushed for time due to too many deliveries. Had no leak prior to the install of the new washer. Washer was leaking after install before they left I called him back in look at it. He was rude and told my husband to get on the floor and tighten it. Replacement delivery of dryer was scheduled they never called, never showed. When the 2nd installer came back to switch out the dryer he was very courteous and helpful. Sales rep said that Geek Squad would be calling to compensate us for our troubles and I still have not heard from them yet! Not sure I would do another appliance from here.
