Frustrating installation

Fortunately i saw others complaining about the same experience. I showed them the install manual and they made me take it off myself. Ridiculous! According to the install guide if you dont remove the brackets the machine will break. A kindergartener could have done better.

Very Disappointing / Frustrating

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My opinion -- Best Buy deliveries are over-extended with the drivers in a hurry to install. We had ordered our dryer door to be reversed and the dryer vent.... the delivery guys at first refused to do the reversal until we pointed it out on the order. Then, as they were about to leave, I asked about installing the dryer vent, and they said we didn't order. They had to call the dispatch, and found the dryer vent on the truck. It was a frustrating experience.... only to learn after they left that they did not install the dryer electric cord correctly.... we had to call the Total Tech number to request another visit to correct. When that person arrived two days later, he showed up at the door carrying a 50" TV... while I thanked him... I told him that the TV was not ours... showed him a picture of the problem and he corrected it.... I think the delivery people are asked to do too much and are not paying attention to what the delivery is to be. Regarding the 'do you recommend..' - Best Buy has great pricing, but you are limited in options of delivery & installation unless you can do this yourself.
