Washer installation led to water leaking on floor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not sure the new Best Buy delivery teams in my area have been properly trained on the job they are performing. I recently had a new Samsung washing machine installed (which I really love), but had too have two different delivery teams come out and try to install it as neither one got the fill hoses tightly installed, resulting in a leaking situation on my laundry room floor both times. Luckily my boyfriend was able to tighten everything up like it should have been done by the delivery team and the washer has been working great ever since.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installers declined to install the first dryer we ordered, a Maytag, because of small space and rigid venting connection. I spoke to 2 different 'Appliance Resolution" service people and 2 installers to find a dryer with flexible venting like our old dryer. I was finally told that an LG dryer would fit. Well not so. The LG dryer came and the installer said he could only use rigid venting and he did. Then he pushed the dryer into place and squishing the vent behind, closing off the air flow, so that the dryer didn't function properly. I have since paid again to have the dryer re-installed with flexible venting and now it works after a lot of time trouble and $125 more dollars. Also they didn't leave the manual for the dryer.
