Third party, two guys lacking knowledge, skills, and customer service. Were very annoyed by my request to move machines a few inches. Don’t even know how to help each other. Didn’t give me the parts included with the washer - just threw them somewhere in the truck. I had to run outside to get them before they left, one piece was broken. I asked to check that the machines are leveled correctly - they said: we don’t have the tool, it’s in another truck…

The installers were in a rush because they had "18" stops to make. The installers dropped the bottom of the dryer as they were moving it in and scratched the front bottom. It appears to be only on the bottom and hopefully its just cosmetic. I was told in store that the installers could install a side venting dryer vent and the installer said they could not. I asked the installer to stack the washer / dryer with the kit purchased in store, and they said it would take too long and they did not have the time to do it today. The best buy store rep had said to buy the kit and they would install it for you. The installer officered to reschedule the installation, but that would leave us without a washer / dryer. After a bit of back and forth the installer called his supervisor who granted him more time for the installation. It was frustrating, but I'm glad they stacked the units. The installer also did not leave behind the wrenches that come with the washer / dryer for adjusting the legs. It was either thrown away or they kept it by accident. I also asked if they could flip the dryer door to match the washer door, but was told they did not have the time. Overall I was disappointed with the installation. The drivers need a less aggressive delivery window to properly install these washers / dryers. Best Buy employee's should be educated on what the installers can and can't do.

I was quite disappointed in the installation. The guys were nice, brought in the washer, set it up to make sure all was working…BUT, when I specifically asked if they had balanced it, they said yes, it’s level. After they left I started the first load and it was clearly not level. It would have taken him less than 5 minutes to do that and I paid for that service.

Very poorly down scratched drier all 1 side never locked down to pedals wld not reamend them to anyone

The guys that installed for me were very friendly and professional.

When the actual installation took place I was happy with the work. I had to reschedule the installation became it was setup as delivery only originally. It took several calls to work that out.

They installation was done quickly. They made sure it turned on and worked. I had to go and re install all the lines because the were all intertwined. it seemed they just wanted to drop, install and leave on to the next job.

They were helpful & professional and made sure everything was working fine.
