Nice reusable tools great for compact area for washer and dryer

We buy all our appliances from Best Buy. I would def recommend them.

The washer needed to be replaced since the dryer didn't work and we were upgraded to the next level and a new washer was installed to match the new dryer.

Eh! Wish they would have installed the dryer where they put the washer! The dryer sticks out kinda far past the entryway to laundry room.

Best buy did a great job on the installation and service, as always the best.

They were on time and it took them 20-30 minutes if that. Very professional.

I bought this refrigerator knowing there were less than 10 (at purchase date) available anywhere at any store. These guys delivered a non-wrapped fridge that had a hole in the back. They didn’t even check to see if it was damaged before putting on the truck. I had to scramble to find another one. Thankfully raul at the south location found me one. Thanks Raul. Even the second one had a small scratch on it. This guys did a terrible job relating info about my washer and dryer also, but that’s a different story.

The drainage tube from the washer was not put into the drain well. I used the washer after the installer left and the hose was not in the drain and it flooded my entire laundry room. The water was under the washer and dryer it went under my cabinets into the garage and out of the laundry room onto my hardwood floors. I immediately called the installer and told him I needed him to come back and fix the connection and help move the washer and dryer so we could clean up all the water under them and he said he could not come back. I received a call with a voice message saying someone would be out july 11th, a week after the installation! Again, my husband and son fixed the problem and we moved the machines ourselves to clean up the mess the installer caused by his poor installation. This was another problem along with the poor dryer installation too. I now have a musty smell in my laundry room that will need to be addressed by a professional company.
