Generally well done. But water hoses were not in tangled as I requested. They corrected it when brought out the dryer.

I wouldn't recommend 3rd party company contracted by best buy that I paid to have washer and dryer installed. Two guys didn't seem like they wanted to do their job. They said I need to call electrician and plumber before they could hook new ones up and take old ones. They said I needed to call back after that to schedule a new service day to come back. I told them to leave new ones. I had my bf hook new ones up. They marked they took old ones. I had to go to local store to finally get help. After mess finally they got picked up 6 months later.

It was delivered. Not much beyond that. Would have been better to rent a truck or hire someone with a truck IF washer was in stock and customers COULD pick up.

My appointment window was 9am-1pm, but agents didn't show up until The agents came late at almost 2:20pm-2:30pm after I called the service twice. They came in, checked the way to basement and asked me to remove the one door above stairs and light( there is enough room downstairs they just need to bend a little bit but they don't want). I finished then within 5 mins. Then they told me they can't get items in so asked me to remove another basement door. I took about 5-10mins to removed it as they asked so they can move them into the room. After it was done. But they told me they need to leave no matter how I asked them to finish the job. I totally took about less than 10-15mins to do what them asked. But they ran away and leave me no choice to have the machines outside of our home. They left at 3pm which stayed around 30mins. They kept saying they stayed 1hr but I told him I have record. He didn't care and just left without look at me. I removed 2 doors and light but they didn't even use the stairs(i told one guy they can use another way) they asked and didn't install at all but left my washer and dryer outside of the house. Such horrible service team I've ever see which can't be trusted. I want to ask my money back. Don't use their installation services! They just don't want to do the work!! I will never use their installation services anymore.

Spring for the installation. It’s worth it. They were fantastic

Came in at the beginning of the timeframe. Took 10 min for everything.

Make it easy on yourself get what you need at the start

You emailed me the schedule was 1pm to 5pm so I planned to be home at 1pm however your delivery men showed at 11am. I had to drop what I was doing to meet your delivery men who were very rude and did not speak English. I was not sure because of language barrier they acted that way. So I had few delivery men to deliver dryer washer refrigerator but none of them acted like them I showed up your delivery men told it did not fit so I asked them the washer was the same size was the one I replaced so I did not understand why it did not fit. I told him I would take door off to make a room for them to deliver washer downstairs which I did and finally got it in. All other times delivery men usually asked me whether they could take door off so they could get it in. But your delivery man said he was a driver he did not do anything except delivery. So what is a sense to pay for installation I would never buy any big item from the best way it was the first time and the last time, after this experience never again. Also when they took old washer they made big tear on my lanolium floor I was so fed with this experience. Very disappointed and frustrated experience with this purchase.

Best Buy has TERRIBLE customer service!!! I purchased a washer machine and it was installed on 01/29/22, by 03/2/22 it was leaking water all over my floors. After spending 20-39 min on the line while they determined if it was an installation issue (since I didn't have their geek squad warranty) I was given an appt for 03/12/22. On that date after sitting and waiting for the entire 6-hour appt window I called to be informed that my appt was canceled cause I did not have geek squad, I explained that the issue was already addressed and after looking the agent realized I was correct and made me another appointment for 03/16/2022. The representatives came and completed the repair. I ran my washer on 03/17/22 and went to bed. Woke up to puddles of water once again all over my hardwood floors!!! Now I am being told that my schedule cannot be accommodated and I have to wait until 03/26/2022 for another appointment. I am so disgusted with this sorry service and will never use Best Buy for a major purchase like this again!!!! They only care about getting customers' money!! If you don't purchase their expensive geek squad warranty then they don't even care about the purchase warranty!!!! Now I have a $700 pile of junk in my laundry room while I tote laundry to and from the laundry mat :(

The installation people were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and polite.

This washer is a work horse, it cleans like no other washer I have ever had.
