Great team excellent people very prodessional and hard workers

Best Buy/Geek Squad came in & installed everything very well as usual!

Two installers did everything including testing both washer and dryer.

My geek squad was pleasant and friendly and explained as they worked.

Same deal as the dryer review I did. Multiple weeks and multiple trips to my house. Water lines were hooked up wrong, all packing material was left inside the machine, they did not run a cycle to level the machine or even verify it worked, did NOT have there OWN tools. And they wanted to spray my floors down with Windex so they could slide the machine in place.......WTF!!! Plan on having, borrowing or renting a truck and pick up your own goods from the store. You do not want these goons in your house.

I have yet to find an adequate word to describe my frustration. My washer and dryer were scheduled to be delivered on Fridy Nov. 30th. They never showed up they did however call me at 3 pm to tell me they were not going to make it. I was able to reschedule for Sunday morning. I rearranged family plans to accomodate the deliver. This time they showed up but did not bring any of the installation parts I purchased (dryer vent connection, washer hose, steam dryer hookup or dryer power cord). I called and rescheduled again for Tuesday Dec. 4th. This time not only did they not show up but they did not call. I spent 30 minutes on hold finally got to talk to someone. She told me she had to look something up and put my on hold. However, she put me on hold back in the general queue so I had to wait another 40 minutes explain my situation again and be told that she couldn't help me but would escalate it to a corporate case manager. This manager was not available immediately but would call me back. I stupidly waited around for her to call but she never did. She did email me with a note saying she rescheduled my install for Thursday. I replied back and told her I could not take anymore unpaid time off of work. She then rescheduled me for Friday (again I work) so I just told her to cancel the install I would go out and buy the parts again and do it myself. They called me Thursday saying they were on their way to my house. I told them no one was there this was set-up through corporate and cancelled. They said they were on their way out to look at a range (so glad I did not waste my time again waiting for an install). They gave me a gift card but no where near what I asked for as I was told "we are unable to offer make good for lost time." This is ridiculous. It then took another week of emails with no responses back to get them to send me the gift card they had originally promised.
