The people whom came on time showed me how to use the washer fast and easy

I used the online live chat agent to make my purchase to help ensure that everything was correct. I wanted a stacked LG washer/dryer. I asked the agent if a stacking kit was needed, they said everything needed for the install was included. I was concerned that this was not correct, so the next day I logged on again, spoke to a different agent on the live chat, again asked specifically about the stacking kit, and again was told everything needed was included. The washer dryer arrived, and the installation could not be completed because there was no stacking kit. So the chat agents provided me with bad information twice. Since there was no stacking kit, the delivery person left the new washer dryer in my living room (my laundry room is on the second floor) with no plan for getting it installed. They also refused to remove the old washer/dryer (a service i paid for). They also left a bunch of trash on our street (straps from the new appliances). When I called Best Buy's main number, they could not tell me when the install could be done or how soon they could get me the stacking kit. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said one would call me but I never received a call. We had to pay someone $200 to take away the old washer/dryer and had to bring the new washer dryer up the stairs ourselves and install it ourselves. This is appalling customer service. When I used the live chat later, I was told the haul away fee could not be refunded and I was out of luck.

The installers where friendly in time efficient and informative

The guys were nice but when washer was installed it worked a nut loose on my water pipe and water leaked down the pipe and under my hardwood floors which are now cupped and will need sanding and refinishing.
