    After waiting one week for delivery and installation of washer they did not read the directions. After they hooked up the machine they handed me a plastic part in a sealed bag that had instructions in it. They said it was for the inside of the machine and I would have it do that my self. After they left I opened the package and read the instructions, before hooking up the hoses you need to tip the washer on it's back to screw the base plate in place. I went to the store to explain the problem and the next day the installers called and agreed to come out and do it again. I had to wait another week for that to happen.

    I was told they could not hook up hose to a plastic connection which did not make sense because even if wall connections were metal the connection on washer was plastic!
