The installer when asked, said he has never heard of or had done a grounding of the unit, then left. Realizing our old units had been grounded, we read the instructions on the new units manual which clearly states and shows the unit needs to be grounded and how to do it. Needless to say, we had to do it ourselves.

Mediocre at best

I had to pay a plumber to drill a hole in the sink to better secure the hose and save the spicket from breaking. I discovered this after they left. They didn’t even tell me!! And I ordered a washer and dryer and they showed up with 2 washers!!!! And didn’t realize it until the boxes were opened. Not exactly star representatives for Best Buy.
