I had 2 men arrive for the install of a new washing machine and dryer and removal of the old ones. One man was very friendly, the other didn't say a word, even when I spoke to him. He seemed not very happy. They were very careful with the removal process and also when bringing in the new machines. The problems I had weren't noticed until after they left. I read the owners manual and then went to the washer. I found they failed to remove packing from under the washer. They also failed to level it and ensure that it worked properly. I also found out that they never calibrated the drum weight distribution per the install requirements. I was upset as I had given the installer a $20 tip because it seemed like he did a good job and was nice. However, after two calls to the installer's line (they hung up on me the first time) a lady said she would send someone back out later that day and would call me prior to their arrival. Surprise...I never received a call and nobody ever showed up. I ended up doing all of this myself. Also, the dryer they installed never had the "steam" water line hooked up and the y connector that was packaged with the dryer was nowhere to be found. After dealing with the "saleswoman with an attitude" at Best Buy and then this very poor quality install, I will never again purchase a major appliance and/or install from Best Buy again. This is very sad as I am a hardcore Best Buy fanatic. I don't like being treated like this though, and I will only spend my hard earned dollars at places that treat me with respect.

3rd party company damaged doors/walls during install. It took multiple trips, and last min reschedules (for which I left, or missed work) to finally complete delivery. Months later, I have yet to hear back from their claims department. Terrible svc, no follow-up and it’s almost impossible to get through to anyone who can help. I’ll never shop w/them again, this has been a complete nightmare.

Installers were an hour early which is inconvenient since my husband and I work from home during the day with our kids which caused a bit of panic on our end. Additionally, they took all the protective wrapping off my LG washer before carrying up the stairs which resulted in deep scratches in the front door and dents in the side that were not seen until I cleaned the dust off the unit. Very frustrated as we paid for the top of the line LG Signature washer.

Got the mixing valve needing work as the hot and cold are not coming in properly. Have had trouble understanding this fill automatically to volume of clothes. We will cope!
