The installation was flawless; and the two men who delivered and installed our washing machine-as well as removed and took away our old one-were courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.

They managed to install the machines super quick, afterwards I made sure to check everything and see if it was level which all was good. Only thing was they used a rag to help level the washer. I believe they did this because the washer for some reason has only one adjustable leg for leveling. But I wouldn’t consider this there problem.

When I bought my washer, one of the questions I had was how long it would be before someone could deliver and install it. It was only a couple days--I bought it on a Saturday, and they brought it on that Wednesday. The guys who brought it were knowledgable and kind, and they did a great job setting it up. I have had no problems with it whatsoever. I would certainly consider Best Buy for future appliance purchases and installation.

The team arrived as promised, 2 gentlemen removed the old washer and replaced with the new one. A 3rd gentleman hooked up the hoses and plugged it in ( no leveling of the machine). He showed me the instruction book and started the "quick wash" cycle to make sure it ran then left. Yes the machine started to fill (sensor washer) but with nothing in it to wash the machine just sat with water in in until I threw some towels in.

Not a good delivery experience. Communication was poor. Handling was poor.

The team was professional. Wore masks and shoe covers like I requested. They hauled away our old washer and dryer and brought in the new ones very professionally.

The gentlemen who delivered and installed the washing machine and dryer were great! They were on time, and contacted me prior to delivery. They were clean, professional, and efficient. I was very happy with this service.

This product replaced a front load machine. I really like this washer. The installation was perfect. The men were polite and competent. They were here on time and gone almost before I knew it. They took my old machine. I was not sorry to see it go. I highly recommend these installers.

Installed and helpful service as the shutoff valves didn't exactly shut off. Nice service to have for large stuff that needs install and a haul away.

installers where friendly and professional, They took care not to scuff the tile floor or scrape the doors. Did a great job mounting the machine to the pedastal and balancing it.

A big A+ for the washer installation. It was all handled very professionally. Otis is an exceptional employee, very careful and thorough and I noticed he also was a really good mentor to the fellow who was helping him. My washer and dryer have to fit back into a rather tight area and getting an experienced installer was important. Otis has that.
