Worst experience by far of any installation. The arrival time was late by 30 minutes, not that big of deal but it was obvious the installers were in a hurry. He rushed though the washer setup, Then stated we ordered the wrong pigtail for the Dryer. When we pointed out we had ordered the correct he informed us we would need to get the right one and they would come back. My wife took the pigtail and said she would run to best buy to exchange it, but he said he couldn't wait around. My wife left to do the return and the installer proceeded to finish the washer install, start a cycle and leave. This is when the magic happened, i am disabled a in a wheelchair and unable to move myself about. I begin to hear running water and can do nothing to stop it. i reached my wife who hurries home to find our laundry room hall and master bath flooded. I called best buy and they were able to reach out to installer who returns 45 min later and "jokingly " accuses my wife of taking the drain hose out to make him comeback to finish dryer install as we now have the correct part. Upon inspection they find the drain hose is still zip tied to the washer he never set it up, the installers apology is my bad, and i still cant finish the dryer install. There was no attempt to explain the use of our new washer and the real fun is the language setting somehow got set to Chinese.

Guys where early l, respectful and where in and out quick.

Delivery guys were personable but nearly 3 hours late without any kind of communication that they were running late. Upon installing the washer and dryer, they didn’t level them, left the hoses and cords a tangled mess and forgot to clamp the dryer vent to the dryer. Also they broke one of the feet to the dryer. One of the worst appliance installs I’ve ever experienced.

Professional install is a must, for the cost it is worth it
