I do recommend have professionals do the job they where neat and quiet

They did a great job setting up and cleaning up after they were done.

The workers were courteous and were very timely in getting the job done.

Nice guys but not knowlageable at all. I had to redo what they did to do it right. Their job is to install, do it right. Will recomen if you dont want to carry the products, just install your self.

I was impressed with knowledge these men had about the product.

Worst installation ever. The washer came damaged and I had to get it replaced. Then the installation was missing parts for installation that were never asked of us. In the end, it was installed after about a month of back and forth and not installed well as my flooring, linoleum, was cut open from the movement of the washer and dryer. Till now the drying is still not set up correctly.

Our stacked washer-dryer was operational in only 45 minutes - wow !

When installing the washer they pushed the dryer back and the dryer vent is halfway closed. This dryer was purchased from you September of last year.

If it is possible I give them zero stars, The washer installation team denied installation. They said the valve was leaking, however the valve was not leaking. I hired other company and they were able to install the washer was ease and skill. first the delivery team delivered a damaged washer (open box). I called best buy customer service, they replaced the washer, the second delivery team took the damaged washer with the hoses connected to it. The second delivered washer had not hoses, I had to purchase hoses in addition to the installation fees. the advocate said she is going to send a best buy gift card to compensate part regarding what I spent. I didn't receive a confirmation email, neither the card and she ignored all my phone calls and messages.

Installation went well. No issue. Took about 45 minutes to an hour.

Purchased a new lg washer from Best Buy to replace our old lg washer. New washer was to go in the same location as the old washer and connect to the connector box faucets and drain through a hole that had been cut in the back of the connector box, which was how our old lg washer was connected. Best Buy installers refused to install the washer because the hoses had to connect this way (through the hole in the back of the connector box). They said it was a liability issue for them. Installer said that Best Buy had an alternative installation company that would do it. Went to the Best Buy store to arrange this and was told that they could not make this decision at the store and needed to send the request up to the next level (i.e., no assurance of installation). I then cancelled my entire order, which they were quite willing to do. I then went to Lowes and purchased the same items for the same price. Lowes delivered and installed the washer with no concerns about or problems with coming into the washer connection box from the back side. This is not the first time that I have had a bad service experience with Best Buy. They will say "I'm sorry" but their actions really say "I don't care"; they won't spend any time trying to figure out "how can we make this happen". Lowes and other stores will now be my local first choice for appliances and electronic; Best Buy will be my last resort choice.

They had to come on two different days, because the hook ups were not in the machine and nobody noticed until the machine was actually off the truck. One of the 2 times they were like 2 hours late.
