How many techs does it take to do a job right?

Never made it. No show. Rescheduled for a Saturday, showed up and installed the washer and removed the defective washer. Started a load, and what do you know? Hot water hooked up to cold hose and cold to hot!! Im 63 can't move a washer can't reverse. NOONE ANSWERS to get this corrected. Was told I would receive a gift card for the initial mess up..NADA. Best Buy please pull it together.

Delivery guys worked hard
