The delivery people ran a little late but they were fast and curtious.

My goodness what can I say! Well first of all they were 1 hour late, time frame was between 7 am & noon, took the day off waiting all morning, finally at 11:55 got a call from a cell phone The guy says hes late in another town across the state, gonna be about an hour late didnt speak English very well at all. I could hardly understand what he was saying. Then They finally arrived, when they set up the machine they left the cust copy of instructions in washer and turned it on .So I was left with a wet booklet, he said dont worry about it let it dry then you'll be able to read the instructions!

The installation was done very good . I have no complaints.

The installation people were horrible! They had the hose clamped on the back of the washer, which prevented it from having enough play to go into the drain. When we washed our first load, the hose came out of the drain and flooded the entire laundry room, and the new floor I just put down! Also, the water went through the ceiling of our brand new basement that was finished a week prior! Absolutely ridiculous!

About a month after the washer was installed the drain hose came out of the wall because it was not properly secured. This caused the laundry room to flood and leaked down to the basement were the media server room is. Luckily it did not leak on the server rack that has a lot of expensive equipment in it but it did flood that room too. The leak was only a couple feet away from the rack.

The installers turned machine on and manual was still inside. Needless to say, everything in the bag was soaked and in a lump when I opened the machine door! They were very friendly and called ahead of time.
