Horrible Install Experience - Expertise level LOW

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased washer and dryer from Bestbuy and choose to install for the additional fee. Set up an appointment, and the individuals came to install. One individual was older, didn't speak any English but made the decisions. The second spoke English, was younger and didn't know anything due to him being trained. The elder employee had the younger gentleman translate that they couldn't help because I needed a plumber. However, couldn't specify why I needed a plumber due to language barrier, and the younger individual didn't understand why I needed a plumber either so the translation was completely lost. The entire basement was fully redesigned, and repiped so a plumber wasn't needed whatsoever. I called a local handyman, and they were able to set up my washer and driver with no issue. Reached out to Best Buy and they only offered a new install date for 1 week later.

Absolutely horrible installation

They were clueless & flooded my laundry room due to improperly putting hose on washer and not installing the required metal clamps which were provided, they did not know how to reverse the dryer door, they did not install plastic clamp on back of washer to hold hose in proper position & they also did not know how to level the washer. Overall it was an absolute horrible installation from beginning to end. experience.

Was not able to install
