Lame customer service

Delivery guys were incredible, system didn’t prompt for hoses for washer install nor stacking kit. Installers stated it was an all or nothing install so they couldn’t install. Best Buy, Home Depot and Lowe’s didn’t have the stacking kit, so I had to drive to a small vendor an hour away to get it, bring in help to install it and meet the requirements for timing from the city. They refunded the installation cost, but what about my inconvenience and hassle. The other big box guys give you gift cards or something. Not sure the hassle factor for the lower price was worth it.

Disappointed with the installation service in PR.

First of all, the people in charge of the installation arrived without tools. I loaned them my tools. The washer they recommended for my space had a short hose. And when I asked how they were going to solve it, they just told me to call Best buy. I called the supervisor and he did not reply to my messages.

Terrible Service and Communication

Should be NEGATIVE 5 STARS We ordered washer and dryer for delivery and install. That went ok. Then we decided to order the pedestals and have them installed. When the delivery showed up they told us they would not install them and left. After over an hour on the phone got an appointment for install several days out. That crew showed up and one of the pedestals was damaged. They told us that someone would contact us about a replacement. Three days went by and no contact. I got online with chat feature, since the hold was over 100 minutes on the phone. Got transferred around 5-6 agents. Finally, got the replacement pedestal scheduled several days out again. The 3rd pedestal showed up and that was damaged too. Same story from the crew some one would contact us. No ever did. I once again got on chat, transferred several time again. Got to an agent, Vicky R, who said would personally handle the situation and get back to me within 24 hrs. That was 5 days ago. Seriously reconsider get major appliances from BEST BUY
