    The installers were very messy. Left water all over the floors. But the worst was the way they removed the packing tape. They just pulled it off fast and left most of the glue on the washing machine. I asked them to clean the glue off the machine but they said they were in a hurry and had other appliances to deliver, so it's my problem. I still haven't been able to get all the glue off. And now it's attracting dust, so it's really grungy. I have a brand new machine that is disgustingly dirty.

    The gentlemen delivered the dryer hooked up the hoses and left. It wasn't leveled properly and caused a nightmare. I had to call and request a new one. I had no idea the problem was due to faulty installation. It has since been rectified by my sales associate, Nick Webster. He is a jewel.

    The installers were polite, efficient, and quick. Too quick. They tested that it turned on, delivered hot water, and gave me a manual. Each test took a minute or two. Actually when running a cycle the resulted in several loud noises - squealing and a kind of grinding noise. Now I am enjoying the hours of getting it fixed and the weeks of wondering when this will occur.
