I purchased Samsung appliances, installation, haul-away, and all required equipment from BestBuy.com. It took four appointments for my washer and dryer to be installed. During the first appointment, the installers delivered the appliances but told me they did not have a dryer vent on their truck and I'd have to reschedule installation. The second appointment, the installers called when 10 min away and said they didn't have a vent, again. I said I would go buy a vent at the local Best Buy, and they made it sound like that was okay, but they never showed after the call. The third appointment, the installers hauled away my old washer and dryer and began to install the new units, but said there was no power cord in the equipment left in my garage, and the stacking kit box had been opened and was missing parts. Once again I went to Best Buy to purchase missing components, but the installers "couldn't wait" for me and left. The fourth appointment went fine and the washer and dryer were installed, but this was after I had purchased all required equipment in person. I don't recommend BestBuy.com for major appliance installation because the process has too many failure points and the customer service to deal with issues when they arise is not up to snuff.

They hooked the first washer up in 5 minutes, ran water in it for 2 minutes and was gone. Worked 2 minutes then had to call for a replacement. Second machine received 6 days later, I was not happy. Delivery guy said I could have screwed back on, I told him to take it to his house. Never did a trail run of any sort, said did not have time! I had to read and figure things out myself, did not leave room to ask questions. And left trash outside my basement door! Not happy!!

Easy to use tools for in home washer installation.

They did a good job delivering to the basement. but the unit did not come with a U-shaped drain hose end. They could not complete the set up.

Due to them not securing the hoses the washer began to leak.

The washer was installed without being leveled or tested. The men installing it did not listen to where I wanted the washer placed and simply just did whatever they wanted. Now I have a washer that rocks violently and IS NOT SAFE! This kind of service is ridiculous.

Washer makes noise from the onset, called Dec. 7th for evaluation and possibly need to balance. The initial installation of the first washer machine was defective and movers scratched my wood floor. The second installation was great, no damage, but the washer makes noise.
