Our Delivery and install crew showed up on time. They quickly removed the defective machine, installed the new machine, and then TESTED to make sure everything was working correctly. I forget the Gentleman in charge's name but he was excellent. Very thorough and professional.

I’ll be overzealous with this review...sorry. I’m a residential Home Builder so it’s ridiculous that I had our new washer and dryer installed. In my defense, BB didn’t charge for it with my purchase AND they hauled off my old units. You know the old saying, “a cobblers kids don’t wear shoes”? Well the Builder doesn’t want to work around the house when she comes home, lol! That being said, I’d recommend these guys to my clients if they asked! They were super professional, called when on the way, on time with our appointment, called the day before to confirm, were very polite, clean, and handled my new AND old products with care to insure they didn’t damage anything. On top of all that, I’ve been in my home for 15 years and haven’t replaced the washer or dryer until now. Do you have ANY idea what the floor underneath looked like?!?!?! Aaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!! 15 years of lent on hardwoods is DISGUSTING!!! Those guys were so sweet. They didn’t judge (thank you God I really am a clean person, I promise) and even said they’d give me time to clean up the hardwoods and just let them know when I was ready (bc I was in there like white on rice with the Clorox, just saying). They let me do my Clorox thing and then finished the install. Afterwards they gave me a run down on how to use the products and a few tips I might need in the future. All in all, amazing customer service! If half my subs paid attention to detail like these guys did, we’d all be better for it. Bravo fellas! I’d use this install team any day!

The people that came to install the washer were fantastic! They didn’t give any mess or fuss like when I got Sears to install my washer and dryer for my other property. They were very professional and handled the washer very carefully up the stairs and didn’t put a single hit on my narrow stairway walls up 3 long steps and stories.

The washer delivery was fine. It was a bit delayed from scheduled time. I thought it would be delayed to next day, but they came and installed the washer quite quickly. Thanks for that!

Purchased a front loading washer and dryer pair. Installation crew called ahead of schedule to see if they could make the install early. This was perfect in my case because I didn't want to wait around all day. They arrived timely and did the install quickly. They also noted an issue with our electrical that needed to be fixed so that we wouldn't have any issues. I would recommend this service and think they did a great job.

The crew was a few minutes later than appointment time due to the inclement weather, but upon arrival wasted no time getting it done. Very professional and explained everything as they went along. I also purchased the haul away, so the old unit was removed. They set up a demo and explained what to watch and listen for if there were issues. I would highly recommend having their crews deliver and install your products.

I buy from BestBuy because I like their installation process and courteous drivers. This time was no different - they called before arriving, were on time, quick and efficient. COVID or not, they started an inititial cycle and left without barely saying a word.

Installation did not take long at all. Guys were professional.

The installer were friendly and did their work quickly. Washer was on a pedestal and in tight space. Delivery person climbed over top of wash to get out of back of washer. Not ideal. They should not be climbing the appliance with moving hardware around neck.
