I love best buy and their customer service and warranty

Very happy with the friendly, knowledgeable installers.

Over all the delivery was good. The drivers made an excuse why they couldn’t install it so the installation was not completed. Had a leak in a hose that would have been detected if the installation had been completed. The excuse used to not install I found out was not valid. I would guess that they just didn’t want to do the work.

If I could give the Best Buys geek squad ZERO stars I would. Very disappointed in the level of service thus far. Additionally I have a washing machine that I can not use and Best Buy has already billed me for the first installment. I have been waiting since March 20th for a technician to come out and diagnose what the problem is. My appointment WAS scheduled for today, March 28th. TODAY, I received a phantom call from Best Buy the appointment has been cancelled and I have been rescheduled to March 30th. The Best Buy agent that called and left a message, left no call back number nor did he provide his name. He even said in his message he has no idea why it was being cancelled - just that it has been cancelled and rescheduled. No guarantee that a technician will show up and not to mention the neverending texts of the various timeframe windows they will show up. Very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

After installing washer on pedestal and hooking it up, I noticed washer had two big dents on main front panel. (Will be exchanged) Guy set washer to run quick wash and left. Noticed error message on washer - NOT GETTING ADEQUATE WATER SUPPLY. Tech hooked it up but failed to turn on water supply before running washer.

The installer was a great guy. But hooked up my washer wrong. He took a hose from the hot faucet to the cold faucet but connected everything else correctly. And so I had cold water running into my hot water line throughout my whole house. For a couple weeks I had cold water running throughout my house when washing dishes, showering, ect.. it was definitely a pain and it really sucked. I finally figured it out. They definitely should pay more attention.

Not really happy with the installers. They arrived and immediately complained that they had called us and we did not answer. I asked them for the number and they were calling the wrong number. We ordered and paid for stainless steel braided water hookup lines - yet the installer put in poly/plastic. When I asked them to take it off and put in what we had ordered they seem upset. Installers left on some packing material that we had to find and remove before we could operate the unit. The installers took our warrantee paperwork and I had to catch them as they drove off to get it. Also they did not hook up the drain properly according to instructions, just a quick zip tie around the line. The installers seemed upset every time we asked them to put on what we paid for and give us the instructions and paperwork that came with the unit. As if we were an inconvenience and they had somewhere else to be. However another follow-on crew that came back to install a set of backordered pedestals did a great job. So a 50/50 chance on getting a good crew.

Best Buy installers were professional and on time.

Good kit. All well made hardware and looks really good

They did not level either washer or dryer. I was told they would and they didn't. I had to do it myself.

Still runs unbalanced needs to be corrected. The height they set it is not even the same as the dryer
