Happy they used the new stainless steel tubing unlike my dryer where they used the old kit even though I bought new... unfortunately didn’t notice until couple weeks after

I purchased a new washer and dryer, unfortunately when they came to install the washer I wanted the door hinge changed so that I wouldn't have to reach around to put the clothes in the dryer. A rep called me to say it wasn't possible on the machine I purchased, I questioned her because it looked like it could. She told me she confirmed online and with the field manager. When the techs got to my home they said it was possible but they weren't scheduled enough time and that's why they couldn't do it.

I would highly recommend having this service done.

I will never buy anything else from best buy again. Damaged my property and did not do the installation. I like the product it self but their service was horrible. It can’t get any worse than that. I got the installation and the guys they used was the rudest people I have ever met in my life. They came in they would not answer any questions. Next they install but the washer but would not check if it’s leveled or run a test cycle as it stated they would. Also they didn’t install my dryer saying they didn’t want to reach to connect the gas line when I also purchased the kit they made my buy. I will never buy from Best Buy again. You better off going somewhere else. I opened a claim like they told me for the property damage no one calls or gives me any info on the claim. They made it seem like as long I filed a claim it will be all set. So now I am left off with property damage and I’m loss but they acted like opened a claim but no one calls me on it and I call back every day and no response back.
