The first guys didn't bring in the right equip and then tried to charge me twice. My.local BB fixed that.

Arrived within window. One installer seemed more interested in asking questions about the machine I was replacing, my guess to see if it could be fixed and resold. He could not get my steam dryer hooked back up with the water supply but turned it on and a lot of water came leaking out. He unhooked it and didn't even attempt to clean up all of the water that had fallen on floor behind the machines or down my wall, he just said "you need a new hose" and walked out. I couldn't move the machines so I dried where I could reach. I have had many successful Best Buy installs in the past and they always showed up in a Best Buy truck this team showed up in an Enterprise rent a truck. This wasn't the best experience and not too sure I'd go with a Best Buy install again after this experience. I still can't use the steam option on my dryer until I can afford to get a plumber or appliance person out here, as I know it wasn't the hose, it worked and the hook-up was fine before the install.

Without the experts at Best Buy, I would be stuck!

Home delivery from Best Buy is horrible. Promised in four days. Delivered in 3 weeks . Constant rescheduling and no communication when they didn’t show. I had to call to figure what was happening. Best Buy service is good in store when you can take product home with you

The guys that installed my washer were very nice..

Due to vehicle problems (at least that is what I was told) installation was six hours late. Installers were professional.

Did not test the new product. Did not level the machine. Lest us with a broken, unbalanced product.....

The crew that installed were good. However, I added notes when I was making the purchase that I had an existing pedestal and wanted to continue to use. There was no communication that this couldn't be done, and I think it could have been done.

I liked that I could pick almost any date I wanted just wish there were more time options.

They guys that installed it were nice and polite. The hose hook up was a lesser quality than we had so that was a disappointment to replace right way (rubber vs flex steel).

Don't take this personally but one of the installers should speak conversational english. They were quick I wanted to use new hoses I had they used the 37.00 ones sent with the unit extra cost for me. Mine were metal braided and good condition. No time to go over unit.

I love Best Buy costumer service, and this people maybe work for them. But the guy who came to install my washing machine , end up scratching my dryer, when I showed him they scratch, the guy start screaming inside my house saying there was not him . He was really really really rude . There worse attitude ever . Of course I called Best Buy and I did a complaint . But that's it, I got a big scratch on my brand-new dryer .

Everything went great with my delivery and install

Washer was delivered and taken downstairs for installation. Drain hose was not long enough to reach drain pipe. Was told I could purchase a drain hose extension but not from Best Buy.. Was told the old washer would not be removed. Had to make another appointment to remove washer since I had already paid to have the washer removed.

Worst service ever, talk about getting my appliances being dropped hard enough that it cracked my floors in a new house, when called tech about nothing is still being done. Still haven’t gotten my containers that are missing from my fridge
