They didnt leval it and tha washer doesn't work right callme

Delivery was rescheduled. Owner had to takeoff work twice. Installation was fine.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION - COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE Had to schedule delivery & installation of washer/dryer combo, refrigerator, and microwave FOUR times. Delivery finally happened, but installation never did. The last time scheduled installation on 2/3, I received a text at 2:51 pm that agent was on the way and expect arrival at approximately 3:05. My contractor waited at the address from 3-8:30 PM for installers to come...they never showed up. That's 5.5 hours I had to pay my contractor to sit there only to have no installation. After 4 attempts at installation I decided that the only solution would be to pay my contractor to do the installation. Now I look at the website and it states that installation was completed on 2/14. THAT'S A LIE!!! Best Buy never installed these items. I am more than frustrated and this complete lack of service - UNACCEPTABLE.

Not very satisfied with Best Buy service here. We bought an LG washer (WM8100HV) + LG Pedestal Washer (WD200CV). The installer set up only the washer and left the pedestal unhooked. We only realized it once they left. We called the installer to inquire and were told “I have never done it before, I didn’t think it was right for me to do it. Call Best Buy to see what they can do about it.”. Although I appreciate the sentiment, I wish they had told us that ahead of time, instead of having us discover it once we tried to use it. Now, we called Best Buy about it and after about 90 min we were told the only option is for us to wait that the “internal system” would update so that we can then “call again to reschedule another appointment” When I asked why Best Buy just couldn’t reschedule on their end I was left with no answers. Furthermore, they were not able to guarantee that the next installer would be able to install this pedestal. So right now we are left with a pedestal that isn’t working, no idea when they’ll come back to hook it up, no materials to hook it up ourselves and no guarantees that they will ever be able to install it.

My review is based on the fact that my steam cycle on my dryer is the working do to incomplete installation of dryer. Purchase on 8/1/2020.

bought a bigger washer than we had. cleans well. control panel is too complicated. miss the old machine with the dials you "just turn"

Didn't end up using Best Buy to install. They were missing a part so I got it later and installed myself. They were on time with delivery, however.

The gentlemen who installed did not speak very good English and it was hard to ask any questions.

Average installation, the guys were in a hurry to install it. I had to tigthen the water connection because it was loose and leaking

Communication was impossible. When they first arived the guys said they were not going to install washer. Then finally fugured out they were not going to connect the hoses but would bring the new washer in. I needed to remove a shelf that the old front load washer was on, once old washer was removed. I asked them to wait before placing the new washer ( it would have taken me about 3 minutes to remove the shelve, The delivery guys could not understand and placed new washer on shelve that was unstable, as I had started to dismantle it, and could have collapsed. They did take it back down and put it on the floor. Lucky I was able to finsh the installation myself as they left after placing the washer on the floor. I later realized that they were supposed to install the hoses but they had been delived weeks earlier when our first washer was cancelled, but that is another review!!!

the first crew that came to install would not install washer or dryer. they where both damaged. second crew that brought the replacement washer and dryer where fantastic.

They didn't show me anything about the washer as far as all of the cycles. They hooked it up in reverse. Hot to cold and cold to hot. How do you do that if you job is to deliver appliances all day? They didn't check to see everything was working and didn't tell me that the faucets were leaking. Their ENGLISH so bad we couldn't converse with them. I asked a question and he didn't answer me.. They turned the washer on and left.

You never know who you'll get as your installer. Sometimes they're good and professional. Other times they'll ruin your items.

Due to issue below, I didn't receive installation. Delivery drivers said that they would deliver to separate addresses with NO installation. I purchased 2 washer machines in November 2020. I called Best Buy to make the change of having each delivered to different addresses (literally about 2 blocks away from each other). Got a confirmation from Best Buy saying they’d be delivered to separate addresses. About a week later I get a call that both washers are ready to be delivered to ONE address and the guys who are delivering are outside. I explained the situation to Customer Service Best Buy and the third party company who delivers. The drivers had a manifest/invoice that said deliver to one address. The guys said I had two options, 1. Reject the delivery or 2. Just accept the delivery, they'll take one of them to the address but not install either one. I called Best Buy again explained the situation, I was told they would investigate what happened. We are now on June 2021 and I still haven’t heard back from them. Terrible customer service; I would of probably let it go if it was just one washer but I purchased two of them.

They are very good at keeping the customer updated on when the delivery date and time will be. The dryer was half installed, I had to finish the rest on my own.

This service almost got five stars except they hooked the hot water line to the cold inlet and the cold water line to the hot inlet - my washer was confused...

The guys seemed competent, but apparently broke a part of the dryer when switching the door hinge at the warehouse. It's taken care of now, but could have been better.

They are least brought this into the house which was a help but the delivery guy was really ready to move on.

Our new Maytag dryer is too big for our laundry pantry. We asked to have a side vent installed. When I spoke with the person scheduling our appointment, she was very adamant about us having everything they needed when they arrived. I had to special order a $43 part online. When they arrived they weren't prepared to install the vent. They said it required another team. Now I have a part that is going to cost me 25% to restock, that I don't need. I'm tired of messing with them. We'll do something else.
