When it drains its very loud and was not that way before this install for the same item.

They got the machine here and installed, seemed confused that they had to take away old machine, but did and spilled detergent all over my floor, they also stated I didn’t need the stainless steel washing machine hose I paid for so they would return it so my account could be credited but no credit was received.

The installers were very strong and polite but didn't have the tools necessary for the job. After borrowing tools from my husband they were able to complete the task.

They said they couldn't put my new hoses on and the old ones were stuck on, didn't really try, said didn't want to break them. Have to get them replaced on my own.

I was told that because i had pvc that they could not connect the hose. My washer was left in the middle of my living room. They refused to even bring the washer to the location. I ended up paying my neighbor to move the washer from the living room and to thw laundry area.

Male installer not as professional as female installer. Male not willing to cooperate very well.

No installation occurred due to plumbing issues so they just dropped it off and said call the store to reschedule an install. Long story short I had to install myself

The installation was great, but the product was broken when they put it in.

Installation was poor. First, the guy did not turn the water on. He didn’t remove a lot of the packaging and didn’t verify whether anything was working. He simply pushed it into the designated spot and called it a day. Did not level out anything. I had the washer going in at the same time and couldn’t watch both.

They pulled the cap of the clean out drain, broke it, letting in sewer gases.

The installers disconnect all my appliances and then could not install the new ones. And just left the old ones unhooked. and were not able to connect the new ones.

I requested installation with this washer order. The delivery tech told me he could not install a washer even though I was told the delivery tech would indeed install. I informed this person I had confirmation of installation and went to contact the company. While I did this (was put on hold for over 20 minutes), he loaded the washer back on the truck and was pulling out before I noticed. He did not communicate anything to me. I asked him to bring the washer into the laundry room and I would install myself. When removing the old washer, which I paid for removal, the tech spilled a lot of water which spread all over my room floor. He left the property without cleaning up the water or even telling me about he. The new washer and drying were placed over the water so I had to move them both to clean up the water. When I talked to a service rep regarding this poor service, I was informed that the rep could and should have indeed installed the washer and that she would compensate me with a gift card, which I have not received. The actual washer seems adequate although it just leaked water due a clogged drain with no alert notification, which is indicated in the manual.

I have already rated this with superb remarks. It is a pity that Best Buy cannot remember.

The service itself was great. The only thing is that they were not very careful while getting it though the door so they scratched the door frame and the machine.

the Installation was done on time good job is done.

They should take their shoes off or wear booties. I will probably re-route how they put the hoses. I only had the install to have them remove the old washer anyway.

Seemed very disorganized, they were polite enough. I don't like that the doors bang together and they didn't mention I could swap the doors, that could have been an upsell. Gave them an extra star for hauling it up my stairs

Requested install and take away; turned out to be a contractor. Missed their install window by four plus hours but did do a good job once they finally arrived. BB should have been up front about the fact it was not their own employees doing the delivery and install.

They snapped the water line in the wall so couldn't even finish installation and they still charged me. I had to hire someone to come in replace the entire box to cover the hole in wall we had to cut to repair the lines. Total cost was well over $150. Be careful with the water lines folks. BTW this house was built in 2001 so not super old.

Service was fast but our door to the washer and dryer no longer closes post visit. I still have not heard back from Best Buy regarding this issue.
