To start, the installers hooked up the hot and cold hoses to the wrong inlets on the washing machine. (Once we figured that out it was easy to fix, but we shouldn't have had to deal with such a fundamental mistake.) My wife asked a couple of questions about some features of the machine; they pretended to know the answers, but were wrong. Otherwise, they were friendly.

Only received answers to questions that I asked. Not the demonstration with instructions that was advertised

Washer door was not installed on the correct side for my stackable system.

The people who came to install the washing machine the first time did an ok job but the machine was defective. The second time they came it was a total disaster because the hose provided was too short and the installer would not use the hoses that I had.

He was here and gone in 60 seconds. Didn't go over any operations with me. said he leveled the thing but I don't know when he would have done it.

Nearly two months after installation I discovered the hot and cold hoses were hooked up backwards. We wash most of our clothes on cold and now I find out they've been washed in hot water every time. I would have expected a professional to install the hoses correctly.

very disappointed with the service from the subcontractors (not best buy employees) - they were not careful when installing the hoses and caused damage to the wall. They also broke the catch pan which caused some water to leak. best buy customer service was great and willing to resolve the problem and send someone else to complete the installation properly.

They dinged up my walls and mixed up the water hoses!

This is not a review for product delivery. It is the only way I can follow up on my first product review. This is a follow up to my new washer experience which was delivered 11 days ago. My first experience with this top load washer (WT7800CW) was not good. Semi wet clothes at end of cycles, load balancing issues and way too much water usage per load, 2 tub fulls plus for one single wash. In the end on day 8, the washer started to trickle water when staring a load. The water flow was pencil thin and so the initial cycle timed out often due to the delay in filling with water at a very slow rate. I had to stand by each load to correct all the above mentioned issues and I finally gave up. I am returning this brand new top load 3d washer and replacing it with a new front load LG washer. Best Buy was awesome with helping me with the return and new purchase. They gave me no issues when I asked to replace my product. Wish me luck with the top load.

Installation was done, but drainage hose not properly installed. washer failed in 8months

Couldn't believe first that a 4 hour window wasn't enough for that to arrive on time. Then they get here and the dynamic delivery duo were lacking simple tools that are required. There was NOTHING PROFESSIONAL about the guy who had to borrow vise grips first to swap out the hoses. Then to add insult to injury the drain hose wasn't long enough to fit in the PVC pipe that is the drain for the water. I ended up having to cut the PVC pipe with a sawz-all. UNACCEPTABLE

Only installed one of the two new hoses we were required to purchase. Didn’t give me a chance to clean under old washer before installing new one.

Not that enthusiastic about the PROFESSIONAL install. They got it in, although they dinged up the bottom doing it. They had it running, although they made no effort to level it and they didn't bother with the caps over the shipping bolts. Considering I had to buy overpriced water hoses to get the FREE installation only for them to not complete their job, I would not recommend them.

They hooked it up wrong,the hot & cold were hooked up wrong.

The guys broke our existing plastic pan that goes under the washer for the overflow and did not bother to replace it or even tell us. Also, the did not reinstall it correctly into the overflow pipe/hole. Didn’t find this out until we had our house repiped. They also failed to hook up the steam feature on our dryer, AND no one out of the 3 guys knew how to change the dryer door to open the opposite way. These guys need way more training!

Original install was good. After a factory repair was done, the machine turned to the worst ever.

Delivered 4-days after purchase. Delivered Dec. 18 but NOT installed until Dec.27.

When asked to have them remove their shoes they stated they cant because they could slip and fall. It is a brand new house with new floors, I was not pleased. Also stated Best Buy customers are the worst to deal with, that they are never happy.

There were two no shows, no calls. But it took the third round for them to get it together. The guy came and tested both washer and dryer.

I purchased the washer and dryer The delivery guys refused to install the washer and dryer. My husband and brother ended up unpacking and placing the washer and dryer in it’s place and installing the units. I am overall very disappointed with the delivery service. I wouldn’t use Best Buy again for that reason. Overall the washer and dryer are great!
