Save your money - mine didn't come with a drain hose so the very nice delivery drivers couldn't install. I had to go buy a drain hose and install everything myself. I kept the geek squad appointment only so I could get it balanced. When the geek arrived, he removed my nice drain hose that had a proper curved end to hook on my sink and he put on a straight hose and proceeded to, and I kid you not, use two zip ties to hang the hose on my spigot. So, the first time I use my washer, it worked its way off on the 2nd spin, flopped all around behind my washer, spraying water all over my basement floor. It needed cleaned, but not that much.

While I was glad they put it in and got everything working. They showed up late and were rushy.

The crew was really rude the leaflet the washer on my leaving, they argue with my husband, and they refuse to install the washer because they’re not allowed to carry heavy weight. I don’t get why not allow to carry heavy weights they work at delivering appliances.

I had to wait for almost 2 weeks to get the install made. Four attempts. I moved to this new home development where the homes are using plastic valves, i guess that this is the new thing for new homes. Anyways, the first 2 attempts to install this were total fails! Upon seeing the valves, they backed off and asked me to replace the valves with the metal ones. This I cannot do as I consulted with the developer, changing the valves would void the warranty on the plumbing. The third attempt tried but went as far as unboxing the washer and the dryer and installing the tubes on the valves. They stopped when water was coming out of the cold water valve connection to the tubes that they have. They left but tightening the connection solved the leak. The last attempt succeeded but with all the complaining, whining and unpleasantness. I am not really happy with what happened. In short, If you have plastic valves, stay away from Best Buy.

They did okay. Had the water lines mixed up at first so we had to adjust it.

Caution...installers are not necessarily certified plumbers or electricians! Unusual obstacles or situations are not always solved properly! The dryer installers had to remove the washer hoses and in doing so over rotated the water shut off valves...the washer installers needed to shut off the water but the valves were now broken in the on position, had to shut off main water supply. Now however, I have no ability to shut down water supply at the washer, not an immediate problem but... Called my 'real' plumber to replace water shut off valves, not cheap at all. ...oh and by the way the dryer installers crushed the dryer vent hose when pushing back into place.

Did a crappy job of installing my washer and even left it uneven without bothering to get t level! I had to do that myself which is super easy anyway! He also made a mess of my brand new houses paint! It was white until they came for installation! Crappy crappy job! I will never do deliveries with these two again!

The guys hooked it up correctly, BUT the cheap hoses I Paid $50 for were not long enough and they did not make that right and too cheap, NOT taking care of the customer and left me with the plastic worthless not long enough hose and had to hire a plumber which I should not have had to do.

Didn't get service. They send a third party and unfortunately in my case, they went to another townhouse unit nearby with the same street number but a different street. They did not call my cell phone, even though that is where I was getting my text alerts to, and eventually moved on. Meanwhile, I struggled to get help from Best Buy for hours. The website was not properly showing my scheduled appointment. When I called, I was put on a 37 minute call-back, just for the call-back message to say all associates are busy helping other customers, and hang up. After another 30+ minute call, I was told the service would need rescheduled. Unfortunately I needed to cancel this order.

guys did good job getting it in place. hooking up the hoses....didn't uncoil the hose so they were all bunched up.

Two things they needed to do. Hook up the hoses and level the machine. I was outside when they finished so didn’t look at it until they were gone and the washer was 1/2” out of level side to side. So bad the machine wouldn’t work. Luckily the guys that installed the gas dryer the next day (different company) leveled the washer correctly.

The installers were efficient, but scratched the pedestal and assembled everything outside when I requested they assemble inside.

The people who delivered my washer did not let me know they were there. They just plopped it down where the old washer was. The old washer had walked itself out from the wall and bounced around enough to destroy parts. I would have asked them to put the washer back by the wall and try to balance it. It is moving and blocking a door.

Geek Squad laid washer down. It is suspect now due to Geek Squad Technician laying washing machine down on it's back. This should not have been done. Geek Squad technicians then installed washing machine on pedestal and located washing machine and pedestal in laundry room. Geek Squad left premises. Shortly after Geek Squad left, I want to check mail and saw that one of my driveway reflectors (1-1/2"x2' galvanize pipe with 2 blue reflectors) was bent in half and destroyed. For this to happen, the Geek Squad driver had to veer off of the driveway by 2 feet. Due to experiencing improper washer installation and having personal property destroyed at my home, it is unlikely that I will ever have a Geek Squad employee here again.

We had to tell guys to install correctly. Person that came in was trying to cut corners.

Hooked up to the wrong outlet! Had to call a friend to unhook and hook it up properly. Also they tightened the hoses so much that we needed a special key to untighten the hoses and hook them up to the right outlet! Very unprofessional. Also I got a window between 12 and 4 and the installers were supposed to call me before arriving so I can leave work and make it home on time. I got a call at 11:50 and told that they are at my place. When asked why they did not call me on rout they told me that they couldn’t as they had no service on their phone! Who’s fault is that? Overall very unprofessional. I would not use this team for any other jobs. They rushed everything didn’t give me time to clean after removal of old machine.

Well they were supposed to install my washer but couldn’t because they forgot the hoses needed to set up washer so I ended up going to pick up hoses that were already paid for that they forgot and installed myself. Washer itself is doing great!!!

When my washer and dryer were delivered, I had to help the tech get both machines in the house because they only sent 1 person to do the job. He then went to work installing the washer and dryer but didn't finish because he couldn't figure out how to get one of the hose onto the gas line and left with the job partially complete. I called the installation service to tell them and they rescheduled my appointment for 3 days later. that tech never showed up so I had to reschedule again. Third time was the charm apparently, because that technician was able to get everything hooked up. I worked with best buy customer service through all of this and then when promised compensation for the issue it never arrived and despite repeated calls to them never heard back. 2 months later and I still haven't been compensated for the 3 days I had to take off work to get done what should have taken a few hours.

They came for first time and mess up my dryer vent.

Where are my shipping bolts? Arrived on time, but seemed to be quick to leave.
