Within in 5 days had to call for repair, water valve defective

Dryer fine... Washer replaced three times!!! from September 2019 to December 2019

After the buying a washer/dryer in-store, scheduled delivery/installation on 8/29 for afternoon slot 1-5:30pm. No one showed up and I got a call at 6:30pm saying they are on the way when I clearly told them building doesnt accept after 4:30pm and this was noted in delivery notes. Filed a complaint (ref# 294381019). Rescheduled for 9/2 morning slot, got a courtesy call saying the truck is on the way 2 hours later it turns out I have to reschedule because there is no technician to do the installation. I had to take time off from work for each day which was a waster of my time. this was a new level of incompetency - ended up cancelling the order. All i got was some empathy for the time / money i wasted for this order.

When installing the washer and dryer all the pieces were not put on correctly. The feet were not attached to the washing machine which caused are washer to bend the drawer below. Then we had some issues having someone else come to fix it.

Did not level washer, put washer pan in , not sure if they connect drain,

Delivery persons (2) definitely knew what they were doing, however they arrived 3 hours earlier than scheduled delivery time.

It was ok, nothing to write home about. They did the installation and that is it.

the workers who came to install the hoses to the washing machine for which i paid $35 dollars installation fee didn't install them because they didn;t have the proper tools and told me i needed to pay someone else to come install the hoses and just left.

Purchased a washer and dryer set wasn’t installed correctly,they didn’t connect the hose to the drain pipe my kitchen and bedroom was under water thanks to the Incompetent delivery people.filed a claim against them and nothing happened.

The washer and dryer and TV was not installed when it was supposed to… but it wasn’t. When I called BB large appliamce delivery they promised to call me back the next day with an install solution. No call for the past 5 days. This is pathetic. I NEED THIS INSTALLED ASAP.

What can I say it comes free with the installation process of your washer or dryer.

Wasn't leveled properly during installation so it caused a horrendous sound when we used the washer. Washer also shakes aggressively to the point that anything we put on top of the washer will move or fall. I'm not sure if it's the washer itself though - we're having someone come out to re-install. One star also because our reinstall appointments were rescheduled two times already because the technicians didn't read appointment notes entered by Best Buy. Best Buy needs to train their vendors better and set a higher standard - this isn't the customer experience I expect as an elite plus member. We've purchased many other appliances with best buy (we upgraded all of our major appliances), and the entire experience has been horrible (6 month delivery delays, bad installations, incorrect/damaged product delivery, etc). I haven't had a single smooth experience, just really unfortunate.

It's not really hard to plug in a washer and hook up a water line, but if you're worried about it they can do it in no time.

Didnt do job, cane home to water still off and rhe washercwas bot leveled and the garbage was left for me, talked to customer service was told be 2 weeks before soneone could come out.

Nothing against the installation process but they didn’t go above or beyond. Just did the job.

Went threw absolute hell with best buy to even get our appliances delivered. First the 3rd party ppl they had deliver it just drove off and stole our washer and dryer. We were told by the store manager we would be compensated for our trouble and it took another week before we got a new unit delivered. The guys that showed up were great. However the dryer didnt work and best buy 2ated to scheduled a new date to exchange the units. Having had to deal with way to much bs and it takeing a month from date of purchase to delivery we said no. Our washer and dryer were also marked down in price during this time and we were supposed to be reimbursed for that as well. All said and done we were credited 150.00 or the 1000.00 we were told we would receive.

It seems that they were in a rush to install. I saw a scratch on the face of my controller unit. I am not very okay with it.

After micro cleaning due to mold three times in three months, we finally get back into our home and the first thing one does is throw in a load of washing. It was professionally installed, so I did not even look at it. I told my wife to go ahead and do a load. We were talking in the kitchen, and all of a suddenly there is water all over the floor. The drain pipe was never put into place, it was still clipped to the machine. Now I had to dismantle the new cabinets in order to dry the mess and avoid another mold situation. NOT HAPPY

Horrible installation service. Never showed how to operate or make sure it was working properly. Customer service is pretty much non existent. You call, you either get hung up on or call disconnected or you just can’t understand them nor can they understand you. I have to say don’t buy large appliances online. You have no one to help you with any issues. I do have to say, I had numerous deliveries for the washer and dryer because they did not work. First delivery AWFUL…. Second delivery, they claimed we were not home (BIG LIE… was I believe same people as the first delivery and I complained), The third delivery was very good! I had to actually go to a brick and mortar store to get help!
