These guys are hit or miss. They installed the pedestal wrong and had to come back twice.

They did not hookup the hot and cold correct and had to redo myself the next day.

Hour and half after the scheduled window. No phone call until 15 min prior to arrival. Forced me to take a 1/2 day off from so that my wife could go to work after she took a 1/2 day off in the morning. Also didn't level the washer

Met minimal expectations. Did not test operation of washer

Washer was installed fine the old washer washer was taken away area was cleaned up..

The delivery team didn't help me install my washer. And they don't even remove the things hold spin motor. How do I know? Because the machine makes scary boom boom sound. I called bestbuy, but the agen ask me to call Samsung because I install by my self. WTF, you guys didn't help me to install it am I need to install by myself? Before the call I and my family already decide if bestbuy can't help we will return it bought another one. But when the agent heared I wanna return, she decided to sent me a technician. >.< Well. When the technician come, they find out the problem was the things delivery team should be removed when they deliverd washer machine. I have call bestbuy, I want them to add warranty for my washer machine, because I have used the washer almost two times, I afraid the motor might get damaged, but they said cant help me unless I go to a local store to ask for help.

Installers failed to : level machines, plug shipping bolt holes, or inform that another hose needed for dryer steam function. They took away the wrench for leveling and took away the plastic plugs for shipping bolt holes. They took unused dryer vent kit as unnecessary, hope I can get a refund.

I didn't like the fact that when they delivered my washer and dryer they scratched up the top of my dryer and washer

Paid to the installation and removal of the old washer and dryer. They can in told me they couldn't turn the water off but if I call plumber to come and turn the water off, they would come in and install it next day. I did that called the 800 number and GAVE me a CHOICE and the choice is next week on Monday. The choice, that's not it. So I installed it myself and went to BB to return the electrical chord and vent, told the cashier why I was returning it, she looked at my order and told me I don't have anything scheduled AT ALL, I get another call from BB call center and gave me another CHOICE again. It will be two more weeks before they can pick up my old washer and dryer. Everyone I talked at best buy they took my phone number don't know why, they said someone will call me. It's been more then 3 weeks and still waiting for my call. Hoping I'll get another CHOICE.

I was scheduled for a Tuesday for a delivery of my washing machine. At the end of the day I received a vague message saying my order was cancelled, nothing else. I had to call customer service and reschedule an appointment. The earliest they could do was the following Saturday. I was very frustrated it could not be sooner due to being without a washer that week and having a large family. Best Buy hires a third party for appliance delivery so complaining is useless. No customer service can do anything about it, no HR to complain to. It will definitely make me consider going elsewhere for any appliance purchase that will need to be delivered to avoid this nightmare again.

I recently had a rather frustrating experience with the delivery and installation of a washing machine. Unfortunately, it took three attempts to get it right. The first washer delivered was defective, and on the second attempt, the driver showed up without the washing machine altogether. Dealing with customer service proved to be equally disappointing, as they were unable to provide any meaningful assistance. Overall, I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

The guys were nice. However, they hooked up the water lines wrong and I had to correct them. I could have done it myself.

Very sloppy work, realized after they left that they did not even attach the plastic ring for the wall cut out where the hoses are. Also bunched up cord so that it would not move flush to the wall, and left dirty fingerprints. Not my favorite team.

Dented my washing machine but the geek squad has given for dent some money back

The installers didn't finish the job. The hose wasn't attached to anything, popped out of the wall in the middle of the wash, and caused torrential rain in my kitchen below! My ceiling is ruined all because of rushed, incomplete job.

He was very polite and nice but hooked the hot to the cold and the cold to the hot.

Worse installation ever my washing machine shakes all over the place and I bought the warranty and they refuse to fix it. What a nightmare.

Product good. Makes rubbing noise - not sure it should. Install horrible! Installed obviously defective product, then replaced item without install. Qhat a hassle to get the replacement installed!

Satisfied all went good I am happy with the service thank you i will be there again
