They did not hook up the new washing machine. Said they had never seen a hise hook up like this. My brother hooked it up. Didn't change anything.

With my washer purchase, I included the install of the washer. The install for my washer and dryer were the worst appliance installs I've ever encountered. When the crew showed up the first time to install, they didn't like the water hook ups and told me they wouldn't install until a plumber took care of the spigots. I then had to refuse delivery, get the plumbing fixed to their satisfaction and then reschedule delivery. When they showed up to deliver both, they then had a problem with dryer venting and wouldn't install that appliance. Told the crew to leave the dryer and I took care of the install myself. When I discussed with the sales rep, he said they use outside contractors to deliver and install. Felt like he was shrugging his shoulders about my concerns. Will not purchase appliances needing install from Best Buy again.

Your 3 party delivery company broke the water value.I ask Aaron that I will turn the water valve before it broke. Ask Aaron to use W-D 40 to loose the water valve. Ask him to use two wrenches He told me if I turn the water off he wouldn’t be able to change out my washing machine. Flood water damage to my house. They sent out a plumber to fix the water line. Aaron said that his boss would come by to move out the broken washing machine. No call nothing. Called segdwick for a claim on the damages. 3ddystrucking is slow on a resolution of the repairs. When the washing machine was delivered we were going on vacation. But week and a half. I got most of the repair done. Had to have my son in-law to help me carry the washing machine down stairs and set in my garage. Then carry my new washing machine upstairs and sent in place.

Washer was set up fine. Problem was they scraped and gouged walls while bringing washer to laundry room.

Self explanatory and easy to use,technician installation anyway.

It's been over a month since I placed my online order for this washer. After multiple appointments, nobody seems to know at all what they are doing. The first group of installers said parts were missing. The second set of installers said the old washer was stuck to the floor and broke my stackable. The third set of installers very easily installed the new washer and had no problems at all removing the old washer. Then turns out that washer does not complete its cycle. I have set multiple appointments with Best Buy and they either don't show up or randomly send me emails changing the appointment two days before the set appointment. When I call to see what happened because every time I'm assured there will be no issues the person who answers explains they are powerless to do anything. I still do not have a functional washer. I've never expected such shockingly bad service from Best Buy.

This is my first time purchasing appliances from BestBuy and will most likely be my last time. The crew i got to install my washer and dryer are terrible. They finished the installation with washer and dryer in hallway and were ready to leave, when asked their response was its not part of their job scope which is ridicules. When i started arguing, they started shoving new unit without even looking if there was any obstructions. Worst part of all is they powered on dryer with manuals inside the drum, i just happened to come there with smoke coming out of dryer and kill the power myself - the crew was there all the time. I had my kitchen appliances installed from a different reputed company who finished the install, tucked everything nice and clean, made sure there is no interference with surrounding - Now that is called an installation professional.

Installation was friendly and mostly done right but reversed hot and cold water connections which we fixed easily.

It was a rainy day. Two careless black guys come and stop the middle road in the neighborhood. Then pull out the washer and dryer on the road. I respectfully request that you refrain from opening the packing until you have moved into my home. They open the washer in the rain. while they used a dolly to move the appliance. The washer was severely damaged. Another horrible part was the installation. They are not installed correctly according to the user manual. They did not balance the washer. They are not happy videos. There is no mask. Nothing is safe. very rude to me. I was thinking of calling 911. That's how I felt bad. This is how they treat their elite members. Geek Squad is a garabge service.

Very Bad Instalattion Of Both Washer and Dryer.The Installers When They Got Done I Couldn't even Close mh back door to the house our Utility Room is Small go be honest but when they Hooked it up they did a lousy job .OUR OLD WASHER AND DRYER THAT WAS THERE WE NEVER HAD A ISSUE.MY BROTHER IN LAW SET IT UP PROPERLY.THE GUYS WHO INSTALLED THE WASHER AND DRYER SAID WE HAVE TO MOVE THE Washer back and forth to shut the door.You calls this Professional.I did talk to gerk Squad and did receive some crefit

For some reason, they said they couldn't take off my old hoses and put on the new ones like they were supposed to do.

Had issues with the cold versus hot. The installers ended up placing the hoses in the wrong spot. Also one of the churn ons had problems leaking and with install I figured they would be able to fix this. Seems as though "install" only means attach hoses which anyone can do. Install was included with my purchase due to how much was spent. Otherwise I would not recommend paying for it

The first waser didn't work! The replacement one did. The insallers worked good but the first one should have confirmed working before leaving!

My order was not delivered on time. Delivery was cancelled and rescheduled. ( no call until day or delivery) already took day off work. Rescheduled delivery ( paid for instal and haul away) delivery guy said they do not hook up stackable units. That I needed to unhook dryer and remove from washer. They wanted to leave. I unhooked it myself and got it off the washer. To avoid them leaving and having to take another day off work. I called Best Buy and they advised the install guys should be doing this as I paid for the service... scamming delivery guys just attempting to play the system at the end of the day when they are running late... not happy with this experience.

Two and one half hours late on delivery and installation. Did a quick job once here. Fully explained operation and use.

Over 30 minutes late and switched the hot and cold connections. Otherwise they were polite and did my job fast.

The installer came on time and was very quick to install. Although they checked the leveling of the unit, they didn't do it thoroughly and when I did the first full wash the machine was shaking a lot. I adjusted the feet myself and now it is working fine.

The technician didn’t want to remove the old washer and put the new one in place. I had to remove it myself.

I ended up reinstalling everything on my own, as I needed to exchange the dryer vent and my washer hose was rusted on.

the hot and cold hose was interchanged thats why the first time i did laudry i noticed there was something wrong good thing i have the app and it alerts me about whats wrong
