I paid Best Buy to set up my up my new LG washer and It was done 5 days after purchase. I would not recommend.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. On my receipt is says Washer and Dryer installation was completed, but I am sitting here in my house without a washer and dryer. 3 mins before the window for installation, I received a call informing me that they were missing the stacking kit for my washer and dryer. I was told they would attempt to make deliver/install the next day. When they didnt show up I called customer support, only to find out that the items are on backorder for the next few months. So..... was there even a washer and dryer to be delivered? If not, how could they have completed this work? Are they some sort of wizards who can install items that don't exist? Would seem so, seeing that my items were installed without them entering my house and without the items to install.

They didn’t level the washer. And didn’t bring the stainless steel hoses

I scheduled an installation when I bought a washing machine. The machine was dropped off but no one told me to purchase hoses so the installer/deliverer left and told us to reschedule. To make the long story short after 5 calls over 3 days to customer service 30 minutes each, 4 of which were disconnected by BB I still do not have an installation scheduled. The last representative said it was scheduled but the confirmation never came and my web account does not show that the appointment is on. I guess I ll call again tomorrow. In general, customer representatives were very polite and tried to help but were just not effective in resolving such a simple issue. I just saw that the hoses could have been bought on line!!! They really need to sell those when the washer is sold or when the installation is ordered it would save everybody a lot of time and effort.

Don't care for the dryer installation kit. Installation crews should provide additional "close 90 degree" galvanized fittings so that vent pipe can be placed against the wall. New vent supplied is too ridgid to be bent adequately to move dryer close to the wall.

Set up with doors facing wrong direction. Good installation other than that. Make sure you insect before they leave.

Our initial installation was awful.the “crew” showed up at 6:45 am smelling of pot. There was an “issue” with the faucet which my husband said he could fix- the installer said he would give him a minute- what he actually did was go to the truck, put the new washer in our garage, then left. We called customer service, and were told it would be 3 more days to send another crew to come to install. Unacceptable. My husband and I installed it ourselves. The crew that was scheduled to come after : days were very kind. All they had to do was take the old washer away- which was what we paid for. Very doubtful we will ever make a purchase again.

Installers did a great job, except for dryer came too far from wall and aligned it with dryer 10 inches from wall.

Delivery guys were professional, however after giving us a 4hr time frame they still showed up 1hr later.

I installed the washer machine myself after the installer said he couldn’t do it because of my pipe.

The delivery men installed my washer but I never saw these

The wrecked my door when they came in for installation . They could have handled it with more care but they put scratches all over my garage door and left dirty shoe marks all over my house with the pandemic going on , they didn’t even have the courtesy to wear shoe covers.

Did not level machine. lean on the corner and it would rock. The cold water line at the machine connection was dripping.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had delivery was fine but the installation of the gas devices was darn near impossible for Best Buy to figure out they sent out the wrong people the first time second time the guy says he’s not qualified to do that and then I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to schedule for the third time so I got my local propane company to do it in five minutes and gave me a good answer next day sent a guy out, he installed my orifices to go from gas to propane no problem, no more Best Buy service!

My rating is "fair-I guess". The washer and dryer look great...however since the paperwork/user manual weren't left with the machines, I'm left guessing how to use them. Hopefully someone at the store will be able to help me with a user manual and how to make sure I can register for the warranties

Fast setup. I wish they would have gone over the use of the machine a bit.

The washer I purchased and scheduled for delivery and installation was delivered by third party installers - driving a Ryder rental truck - no Best Buy ID at all. They missed the delivery window by 2 hours, even though the delivery window is from 7 am to 1pm - a 6 hour window. They spoke no english at all, and did not bring a level to install a washing machine - pretty basic to ensure that it is level. They wanted to rush through - not wanting to check anything, and they brought no paperwork on the purchase with them. Is this how Best Buy operates now? I also spent more than 30 minutes on hold to speak to a customer service agetn, because the appointment was marked completed in the appointment manager BEFORE the washer was delivered. I can only guess that Best Buy wants to claim that they had an on-time delivery, when that is clearly NOT the case.
