good installation ...delivery was on time. Installers were nice and respectful

The service Best Buy offers is a complete farce. The team that came to install my wash machine claimed they were unable to remove the hoses which they installed the year before. Best Buy denied any responsibility for overtorquing the hoses a year ago. The team left with my new machine standing in my dining room, and didn't even give me any paperwork to sign approving the work. To compound the issue they took off with my old machine without my approval; nor did they notify me that they left my house while I was on the phone with customer service. Best Buy also didn't return multiple calls I made on this issue. We went one week without a washing machine while Best Buy tried to find another team to come to my house to attempt installing it again. After the second failed attempt one week later, I grabbed the wrench and remove the old hoses, and installed the new machine myself following the manual that comes with the machine. Washing machine manual for installation was quite straightforward and thorough... took me 10 minutes to do what two install teams couldn't deliver on.

When we got this machine installed the first time, they were unprofessional when moving it in to our cellar, but the second time when a different crew came back to install it they were much more professional but I still question the levelness of it. I had to stuff a rag around the water hose to stop the water from shooting out all over the place.

The initial installation was faulty and leaked water all over my floor. But then they sent a geek squad guy that figured out what the problem was and finally fixed it.. The people who deliver it are just hired people that don’t work for Best Buy and they could care less how they install. The guy never even gave me the manuals that went with the washer and dryer. He never installed the vent and I had to call them to get a credit for the vent because he didn’t even leave it. Then he said he removed my old washer and dryer when he did not —he only moved it into the hallway. I had someone else remove it because it was still working so it was being donated somewhere. But they tried to charge me for removal.

Best Buy didn’t install my unit because they said I had to buy all the accessories connectors and hoses . If you use your own hoses and connections they won’t install . They could have told me this when I purchased the unit

When installation day came, they installation team had no hoses. I had to call the next day to set up an appointment l. After scheduling an appointment they had my wrong adress in file. When I called to update my adress, they move my installation date further down. I think they outsource the installation so my review is on them and not on Best Buy

The product was delivered five (5) days after the scheduled date.

It was ok. But we needed to go to town and then finish the installation ourselves

Received my new washing machine today. The delivery men did not install the machine. As they were leaving i asked if they were going to install it, they said that I didnt pay for it, even though I was still logged onto my account and could see that I clearly did. This was even after I had given them a $20 tip!

Had to have washer replaced 3 times do to issues. 1st 1 leaked water, 2nd one door lock was broken and hadvti wait 5da6s for tge delivery of the erd one. Not too happy with samson product right n9w

Made 10 appointments in store or via talking to a representative over the phone and with the Total Tech Support show up on the fourth and tenth appointment (took 2.5-3 months). My washer pedestal was backordered 3 months to begin with. The first time they showed up, they said we needed a part, which we ended up buying to have it installed at another appointment. 6 appointments later they showed up for the second time and told us they are unable to install. I bought 5 home appliances and this was the worst service by far. I had to talk to a representative on the phone by the name of “Hazel” for over 2.5 hours to speak to a manager since I was requesting off days with my family for so many appointments to receive a gift card online, which took 14 days to process.

Left a mess on the floor without offering to clean up, did not show operation, fished for a tip. Phone calls have been made and registered. I was told my concerns would be sent up the ladder but evidently upper management does not care as I have never recieved a follow-up call or any further response.

The washer came in damaged with a dent. Not a good experience.

The exhaust pipe was a little loose but other than that no issues

They didn’t really do any installation at all. They just said the pipe connection was too old and he didn’t even try. My husband must do all the work and he can open the pipe easily. However, I appreciate for them to wait 20mins for me to come to our new home to get the washer inside

I placed my order to repair my dishwasher and the customer service put the order in for my washer and they refused to correct their error. Not happy at all with the response.

Delivery was cancelled twice the day of delivery by Best Buy / Geek Squad. Was moved to the end of the list each time they rescheduled on me. Was forced to pick this up and install myself due to complete incompetence by the whole team in getting this delivered and installed in a reasonable time. I bought this with the knowledge the installation was included and that didn't end up being the case and was provided no offer of discounting the items after their team failed to follow through. Impossible to reach the local store via phone made the process that much more difficult. Employees were kind of rude when I brought the problem to them in person.

Best Buy washing machine installation service was on time and convenient.

Communication was poor from Best Buy with what the installation services actually entailed. The hose was slightly stuck and the installers would not work on it. I expected a full service install where they would work through any issues. I ended up installing myself with minimal effort.
