I really enjoyed the salesman who sold me the items. But when it was transferred to the company to install, that is when the problem started. What started out as an excellent purchase, turned out to be a nightmare to get installed.

The instalation crew broke the back wall panel they had to remove to install the unit and Best Buy was notified. I reaquested that they fixed it but they did not offer and claimed no responsibility. Terrible customer service.

Dryer Steam kit purchased was to be installed but was not. This resulted in incomplete washer installation.

First day I made the appointment the subcontractor that never showed up nor did he call to inform, they reported to Best Buy "service completed". Second time, the installers came crack of dawn instead of the scheduled late afternoon time slot. The service was terrible, they did not complete the work, attempted to install the dishwasher over the dirt and dust saw they created (of course we stopped them), the service level, lack of expertise and poor attitude created a lost customer out of me. I will not extend my subscription to Geek Squad services any more.

Installers very nice. Just seemed in a hurry with all their other deliveries.

It seems like this is contracted out to a third party. The service person called and was very rude and abrasive . He asked if I was sure I was ready and had everything I needed. I bought the installation kits from Best Buy and double checked with sales person, so we did. Upon arrival, they were there maybe 2 minutes and he did not complete the installation, still not clear why, but he said the kit was not a good fit. I asked for the washer to be installed at least, nope! He sure did mark the job as partially completed. Not worth the cost of installation or joining the yearly membership. So disappointed with it

Not helping, came back 2 times and still not install properly

Very disappointed. 1. Damaged backyard gate bringing the washer and dryer into backyard 2. Did not protect hard wood floors bringing appliances into house 3. Did not empty washer hoses into a bucket when disconnected and let water run drain onto floor 4. Scratched both washer and dryer 5. Did not know how to install dryer vent and was hoping I would not want a new one so I had to install it for them 6. Did NOT remove washer shipping bolts and ran a cycle and told me the screeching noises were normal. Called LG customer support and informed me the installers forgot to remove the bolts. I had to move the washer / dryer tower myself / remove the bolts / uninstall and reinstall the dryer vent.

Great crew but unfortunately the hot water hose was not tighten which caused a leak in my utility room.

Horrible delivery service! The drivers came out 3 times and never brought the machines inside. 1st delivery...old machine still in place and I was told drip pan too big. 2nd delivery... new drip in hand and I was told I need to have it installed. I told them to take away the old machine so that I could get the drip pan installed. New drip pan installed by my plumber. 3rd delivery...drip pan is too close to wall. My connections/faucets are in the wall in a box and I was told it’s not enough room for the hoses. I call Geek Squad to complain and I was told that the driver said I refused my new machines because they were too big! I told Geek Squad to refund my $1800 and I went to Lowe’s and they delivered and installed my washer and dryer without any problems!

It was a complete disaster they came to install the washer said the man said I have started a test run for 15 minutes he left 5 minutes later the whole place was flooded our brand new home, called. My husband called the installation man straight away, did not pick up, sent a text no response, called again he picked up and cut the phone off. Our brand new carpet damaged and our laundry flooring laundry.....throughly disappointed. Best Buy use third party delivery and installation team and this team ruined my new home. Then to return the items was another nightmare, I doubt I will ever buy major appliances fron Best Buy it was too stressful.

Installers didn't take the red caps off of the water lines so the water couldn't get into the tub

I am sorry to say but your org is one of the worst managed when it comes to service. They do not have clue of what they are doing and just come and say we do not know what to do as we are not the employees of Bestbuy and you need to check with them on the installation even when we show them the receipt of payment for installation. They are not cooperative and do not want to do anything and just leave the stuff on the driveway or garage. Will not be buying anything in future for sure. Your service drove me to another level of frustration and tension due to the way it was handled. I am not saying this because of the COVID situation but because this has happened multiple times one of them way back in 2015 as well. Your geek squad is ok but not the other ones. Pathetic and will make sure that I convey our experience to all my friends and family members.

The website shows this service as complete. This is incorrect. My dryer was not installed on scheduled day of June 3, 2022. Multiple reschedules & conflicting texts & emails regarding delivery of washing machine & installation of both washing machine & dryer. I had to call when no one showed up at scheduled appointment time and the website showed the service had been completed. The service had to be rescheduled. However they would not reschedule for the same time as my washer installation. Originally both, washer & dryer, were to be installed on the same day. I’m very unhappy with Best Buy delivery/installation services. Original purchase date 6-1-22 not 6-3 as displayed.

The plumbers were great. Needed to up grade the gas line. Had to schedule second appointment It took five calls to you customer service line to finally get it installed. They kept making mistakes. Sending guys to remove old dryer and washing machine. They were not qualified to touch the gas line explained it many times Finally the morning of the installation they sent guys To remove the old equipment. I told them they could not remove because they were not plumbers. A waisted trip for the removal team. The plumbers arrive removed the old washer and dryer Up dated my gas line and were outstanding and professional

Job done but not very polite and I wasn’t sure if they were honest about cord cost.

The first crew that came wouldn't take my old washer away....said the outside was loose from the washer and wouldn't haul it off. The second group that came was quick and did the job but didn't take the haul away off (I had to get someone else to do that). I had to call for my credit.

Put the unit in place, hooked up and left. Did not review operation nor run the equipment. I had to level the unit to get it to work

They never connected the drain hose. When I first used the washer, I had a flood and had to call a plumber, another $150.00. Not Happy

Noisy when spinning over all does a good job. Clothes come out clean.
