good crew and fast and friendly. pleasant and professional but... washer not level, unbalanced and shakes a lot during spin cycle, need to figure out how to remedy. now that everything is closed because of the virus they cant come back to fix the problem.

Geek sqad. Delivered but did not hook would not hook up gas valve

Not sure I need new tools for a washer installation.

The company that delivered my washer, dryer and did the hookup was horrible. They did not have any concern for my hardwood floor and just set all their tools and clamps and other metal parts and pieces on my hardwood floor so I had to check and make sure they did not scratch anything. I actually had to ask them to put something down so they didn't do damage to the hardwood floor. The next thing they done was hookup the 220 volt plug to the dryer without the proper protection on the box that the wire would feed threw (romex connector). In all they tried to cut every corner they could to get the job done and leave in order to get to the next job. If I had a choice I would have let Best Buy know how bad this delivey and hookup service truly was.

Good for the price of which you pay for and easy to use

My washer install was attempted on 2 different dates and still not completed even though the Installer marked the job complete. First attempt, the team arrived without the hot/cold hose connectors so we rescheduled. Second attempt, installers said they were unable to attach the hoses to washer because the threads on washer connector was stripped. My 81 year old husband purchased a set of hoses and had to install the washer himself with no trouble. I plan to contact Customer Service and ask for a refund for the washer installation.

Washer was not installed by the service team. They found a problem with the hose connection to the water line and could not complete the install.

Drain plug wasn’t installed correctly, resulting in water all over the floor. Fortunately I caught it soon enough and mopped it up prior to the issue getting more serious than it could have been. I correctly installed the drain hose, eliminating this issue for future use of the machine. The other issue I had with the installation was initially the first machine the delivery driver attempted to deliver was damaged. It actually looked like a fridge fell on it, but the driver told me it was loaded on the truck from the warehouse this way. Needless to say I had to take two days off of work and I got nothing from Best Buy but utter disappointment.

I purchased a washing machine, hoses, with delivery, setup and haul away service. Only 1 new hose was installed. One of my faucet handles was broken and left on the dryer. The installers said nothing. I notified best buy and they had the installers call. The installers said they would come fix it when they weren't busy. That was 8 weeks ago. No word from them yet.

The service calls were not great. The driver called and advised he'd be there at a certain time. I waited and about an hour later, he called and said he had the wrong John. He said I'd be another 2 hours before he'd be here. They screwed up the water line causing a leak all over the floor. It took a lot of calls to Best Buy to fix the issues.

The technicians installed my washer (against my request) in the dryers place. This caused me to have to purchase a longer vent hose. He wouldn't move it when I asked, said this is where it goes. Disappointed and had my husband put them in the right spot for me. You're best to install yourself:

Delivery and installation was fine but the installers did not put the doors back on as they should have.

Washer was installed incorrectly. Wrong hoses were hooked up and clothes are baked! The installer also asked how much we paid which was inappropriate. very unhappy customer because now we have to call a plumber!

The installers made a few small dings on the washer and dryer they installed. They're not easy to see (if you don't know where they are) so we decided not to bother with returning them. However, it is annoying. Frankly I also blame the manufacturers of the washer/dryer (LG) for using such thin metal around the body of the machines as it's too easy to dent.

The delivery guys hooked up my washer and made sure it worked but rhey did NOT level it and i had to try to level it myself and it was not easy for me to do

For the life of me, I don't understand why they unboxed, unwrapped, attached cords/hoses in street in front of my when WHEN 1/2 of drive-way was left open for their benefit AND more importantly, there's a huge open room as soon as they walk into the house that could have been used. Now anyone driving by knows exactly how my new set looks...I'm too private for that.

The first install the guy said he would not install because we were not able to get the water line shut off “fast enough”. We were new homeowners and were not sure what exactly to do, He left and was extremely unprofessional.

Washing machine returned due to leaking down the front of washer

Did not have the bracket we purchased when they installed them. Washing machine had to sit in the middle of the floor for a week or so. Not faulting the installers, they were nice. Best Buy did NOTHING to compensate us for the inconvenience. We have been loyal customers for years, and have had lots of purchases. POOR customer service.

Installed the washer incorrectly: hooked the cold to hot and hot to cold.
