did it fast and convenience! called ahead of time and did it in a welcoming matter!!!

They were no help at they wouldn't even try to to help figure out what to do they just left I even called customer service and they were no help at all

Using a 3rd parties for installation for me was a nightmare. The overall experience does not match the benefits of being a tech member with best buy. The first team who came to install the washer and dryer was very aggressive and very rude. Two of my items were delivered wrong that does not match my original order that was placed at the store. The crew decided to not install the smart steam kit for the dryer without giving any reasonable reason.

Gasket leak after installation, not checked for leaks by installer. Paperwork incomplete.

IN AND OUT, LEFT OUT SOME WARRENTY PAPERS WHICH I HAVE A DIIFICULT TIME TRACKING

It is so sad to write this review because (1) I, and/or any customer, don't deserve the kind of service provided during this washer installation, (2) Best Buy is failing on the quality of service provided by contractors working on their behalf. One of the two deliverymen, primary person, was absolutely lacking courtesy. He was flat out confrontational. He refused to install the washer after I held the hose to the water valve. The delivery was scheduled 12-4pm. It was delivered close to 8pm [on July the 4th]. No excuses, no comments made [about the tardiness] by those deliverymen. My family was all dumbfounded. We forwent the July the 4th fireworks we planned to go at a park. We miss good old traditional American quality service.

The guys were polite but they had problems there equipment had dead batteries so I let them use mine an one of them forgot to take of his lifting straps an the metal keep hitting the shiny part of my door luckily I said something to him an he took it off before it did damage but I should not have to tell an installer what to ware

The installers were very nice, kind, and considerate. However the installation itself was problematic. After spending an entire day thinking the machine was broken, I finally called Samsung and removed the shipping bolts. Would of been good to know before using the machine.

I will never buy any more washer and dryer from you.

The geek squad guys were very nice and polite but after they left we discovered they had hooked up the hoses wrong, hot to cold and cold to hot, so all we got in the washer was straight hot water and could not use them. Fortunately we had a dishwasher delivered 4 days later and those delivery guys were able to switch the hoses

The third party guys does the installation , they are so so rude and also gives hard time for slots. No heads up or whatever before showing up for installation . Time slot is 7am -7 pm ( how do we manage to be at the particular time frame if no heads up , you think we have to make our doors open for you all the way from 7 to 7 ) Best Buy please don’t outsource this installation job to random people .

The service instillation people were rude. Laughing and only speaking Spanish the whole time. I felt very uncomfortable. Washer was not balanced proper.

The product is not the greatest but services are the fixed once than came and replaced asap

Sorry to say the install did not go well. My hot water knob was broken off by installer. Having problems with finding plumbers to help.

The washer still hasn't arrived, I've had 4 cancellations. Each customer representative that I speak with promises that the last appointment will be kept and washer and installation will be done. All untruthful. Please train your representatives better. Do not schedule an appointment you can't keep. Please have someone call the day before if you're not able to keep the appointment. I'm really unsatisfied with your service at this point. Call me to tell me when you will be able to deliver and install the washer. Please have a manager contact me ASAP!!!!

I ordered my washer and dryer almost two months ago and still haven’t received everything. My washer and dryer are sitting in the basement and still haven’t been installed therefore I can’t do laundry and now it’s saying that the install has been completed when nobody has shown up at all. This has been the worst experience so far with Best Buy and it happened to be with a huge order like this. Nobody has reached out to me today to reschedule or nothing like that due to them not even showing when they were suppose to. I hope somebody that can actually make things happens reads this and fixes the situation or else I am going to have everything returned and shop somewhere else from now.

I had a friend meet them for install since I work out of town. The technician said he could not shut off the water and could not install. Consequently he also could not take old machine and left the old and new items sitting in front of each other with no way to maneuver the old one out. When I got home I merely turned the knob to shut the water off and managed to get everything hooked up myself and the other machine moved out to the curb where someone picked it up. It was hard on me as a short, tired mom of three, but I managed with the help of my sister. The technician simply used the excuse that I wasn't there to not do the work that I paid for. I even had to pay for the new connection kit because I was having them install.

While the installers were good workers they were not very knowledgeable about the product.
