Sure, the free delivery isn't really free -- but the technicians are top notch

This Service has to redone as the first install they have not removed the safety screws on the washer, which caused the Washer to jump and damage my tiles and not sure what damage it might have caused the drum. After complaint the install was redone properly

The two guys delivering were not treating the washing with care. They banged it around getting it off the truck brought it into the house and said they couldn't wait to install it so I had to hook it up to the water lines. Need to be trained better

The people that delivered the washer need to be more careful with walls and doors.

First install was hurried and did not go so well. Had to come out a second time.

The installers were in such a hurry they forgot to remove the bolts holding the drum so when they told us it was ok to run as they left the house we started it up and the washer vibrated violently and move a foot from where it was before we started it. We stopped it and tried it again one hour later and violent shaking so we stoped called our sales man who said he knew what was wrong. He said will send out a different installation crew who took out the bolts and now runs with out the vibration. Too bad they didn't subscribe to the philosophy do it right the first time. Purchased 2 weeks ago

It was very hard with communication with the delivery and installation. The two men were very nice but were not able to speak English. They didn’t use the hoses that were purchased. I did ask and was given the thumbs up that what was there was good

The scheduling is terrible. First crew brought the new washer into my living room and said they couldn't remove the old washer. It took 24 hours to reschedule another crew. They also said they couldn't take it out. The third crew showed up at a time I asked NOT to be scheduled for. Ended up having my own person take out the old washer and install the new one. Scheduling is a nightmare. People who do the scheduling are all over the world! Makes no sense to me but you must have your reasons. Would never recommend this to anyone!

Horrible experience - Best Buy associates at the store are amazing and helpful but then you get to the logistics piece - what a nightmare - missed delivery, wrong parts, missing parts, the guy has the wrong instructions and refused to install. Four appointments in and finally got installation complete at the rental unit - which also meant hours of missed work because you have to wait for a 6 hour window - and even though they say they will call in advance, they don’t so it was a scramble to get to the property each time as they installers refused to wait. Sadly this experience was better than the last one , so you can only image what that one was like. NIGHTMARE

They did not secure the drain hose properly, so it then flooded my basement... i recommend the washing machine, it's GREAT!

One man was nice and great customer service and the other complained and was lazy

I am not satisfied with the installation for 2 reasons: 1. We were scheduled for after 12 noon. The installers showed up at 8 am, saying that their morning installation did not answer the door. We were eating breakfast, and had to stop to push furniture out of the way to allow them access. We had planned to do this prior to their appointed arrival. 2. The installers turned on the washer to confirm operation, and then left. The installers were in a very big hurry, obviously wanting to get back to their scheduled morning appointment. After they left, we noticed that the machine was "beeping". It turns out the water had not been turned on to the washer. So they left without checking the water connection.

If I could give this a negative rating I would. The washer was connected without hooking up the hot water, so we can only wash on cold. We called for technical help, and the gentleman said there was nothing he could do for me. There was nothing wrong with it, I tried to show him and he said that his machine didn’t diagnose that particular problem so the installer came did a terrible job and left knowing I wouldn’t be able to use my washer properly. In fact, I still two weeks later do not have an operable washer or dryer.

The man who installed our washer and dryer did a very poor job. He actually turned on the washing machine without taking the manual out of the machine and we didn't notice until he was ready to walk out the door and we asked him where the manual was. He came back inside and looked in the drum and pulled out a dripping package. The manual had disintegrated inside the washer and it looked like someone had put papier mache in our washing machine. He did not give us any instructions about how to run the washer or dryer.

The first team they sent out to install my machine took a look at the space and basically got lazy and said they couldn't install the machine. I had to raise the issue with the salesman at Best Buy who had to call an independant team to install the machine. It was a bit of a hastle.

I purchased Dishwasher from BestBuy and they also installed it. After 2 weeks it started leaking. I got an appointment after 1 week. When they came to fix the problem I noticed order was incorrect and it was marked for Washer. They can't do anything since my issue requires Plumber. Now I scheduled for another appointment and I now I have wait for another 1 week. Hope it works this time. I am really disappointed with service. I am not able to use dishwasher for weeks now.

I had a new washer installed by Geeksquad and at first everything seemed great. After running it twice I had a few gallons of water on the floor and no idea where on the washer it was coming from. I called their 800 number to get someone out and the earliest appointment was a week out. I'm now stuck with water damage and no working washer. I paid for installation so this would be installed correctly but clearly I would've been better off installing this myself. Now I'm out the install fee and in the short term at least whatever the damage cost are going to be.

The guys that delivered my washer were not able To install it because he stated there was corrosion where the hose was to be connected. I will need a refund for installation costs. Thanks in advance.

I was happy until I was told I needed a plumber for an issue that never existed. Best Buy did make it right but it took me 6 phone calls and a visit to the store. If they’re gonna have people install a washer make sure they secure the bolts when loosening the valve. They need more training or knowledge
