Best Buy has contracted with low grade firm with no trained staff who broke the appliances during deliver. They were rude with us as well as well as other contractors working in our house. They left the appliances without complete installation and spent the majority of time taking pictures. We contacted the store & met the GM of Best Buy who promised to take prompt action and a timely response from Best But corporate but unfortunately I am still waiting for Best Buy to get back to me while I am left with no appliances in my home.

The first time they tried to deliver the washer it had been dented, the second time they realized in route to my house that it was not on the truck, and the third time it arrived and was installed without any problems. However, the washer was not leveled and is vibrating excessively because of it.

Installed washer correctly. However, cut corners and didn't level it or run it through a cycle. Washer was off and making horrible sounds first cycle. I should have insisted these things be done because it cost me a lot of headache later.

Installers didn't tighten fill hose completely leaked on bathroom floor

It seems that BB found two random guys on the street and asked them to deliver and install W/D. Dented my walls and made scratches on the floor.....

Worse delivery experience ever. Paid for installation of a washer. The deliverer made every excuse he could to not do the install. Claimed the washer was too big for the drain tray when clearly it wasnt. He went by the dimension of the top of the washer to say the slimmer bottom wouldn't fit into the tray. Tried to not even take it upstairs and instead leave it in my garage. Turns out hes pulled this same exact nonsense with a few people in our neighborhood. I hope Best Buy never uses these tools again. Its a stain on your repuation.

Washer was damaged when delivered so it was returned the same day. A new washer was scheduled to be delivered almost a month later. I was told I would be a priority and would be contacted within 36 hours. That never happened. I spent over an hour a day for three weeks on the phone attempting to get a better delivery date. I was also told I would receive a $250.00 gift card from Best Buy for their errors. I never received the gift card. Each phone call I was told something different by each associate. If this is how platinum customers are treated I’d hate to see what one time shoppers go through.

Didn’t install because they said my connections were to old but when I had a secondary installer come he installed it with no problems …I felt like they just didn’t want to do it

From beginnig to end took 3 weeks. Deliveries were not coordinated as specified, 14 phone calls, customer service people are robotic as they read everything from a manual. No one knew how to go above their generic training to help me. That's the short of it. One simple purchase & installation of a washing machine. Unbelievable. They ended up deliverind 2 machines because the first one was damaged and then 3 weeks later they delivered the second one, damaged. Best Buy is a "JOKE"! You've lost my business.

The actual installation went fine but the drain hose was not present. Fortunately, the fill hose from our previous washer, also a Maytag, did the job. The new hose has been ordered.

Not the best install. Had to retighten all of the washer hoses myself and cleanup a mess. I use this service all the time and it depends on WHO is doing it.

Bestbuy hired some people to install and deliver my washer and dryer. The first time they flat out lied then refused to do the work and told me they rescheduled AND didn't. the second time they installed the washer, dented it, then proceeded to rip out my dryer vent from my wall effectively ruining the vent and leaving me to replace and reinstall it. The third time to get them to replace the washer they said they didnt feel comfortable delivering my product because i told them i wouldn't be rescheduling. They went ahead and made the decisions to reschedule for me and lied to get out of delivering my product

The delivery team was very unprofessional and unresponsive. They dropped the washing machine I had ordered, took out the old one and left the premises without bothering to see me. It seems as though they were rushing to go catch a blockbuster movie that just came out. They also took along with them the coins that were in my old washing machine since it is a coin laundry. To make matters worst, they changed the fee from $3.00 per load to $1.50 even though they could see that my machine had $3.00 per wash clearly written on it. I even tried calling them but they would not dignify my calls and messages with a response. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

It was a very poor job. He did not remove some vaults and the washer was unbalanced. The draining hose was detached and if we had not notice it would be a disaster

The delivery technician said he could not perform the hookup because he was unable to turn off the shutoff valve Despite the fact that there were 2 shutoffs on each water line, the technician would not complete the install and wanted the owner to replace the shutoffs and he would then come back. The owner shutoff each waterline without incident and then personally performed the install with ease and without any issues.

The company XPO is the worst company to bring out appliances. First the delivery guys did not hook up the washer due to the wrong dryer was brought to the home. So they told us they would not install the washer in which i paid for. then the guys lied when we said we would call the company and complain about it and the guy says He is the supervisor and it was nothing he could do. I will never let these people back into my home. Please if you buy appliances go somewhere else that have their on delivery people that actually work for that company.

The guy who brought it was great. Set it all up and made sure everything was level, but left the cold water turned off, causing the first wash to not occur. I spent about an hour waiting for my clothes to start washing before I noticed the water was turned off.

3 people to install the washer and one spoke English, hooked up hot faucet to cold terminal. Tried to keep my mounting brackets from the old installation and. Left black marks on my front steps and trash in road

Was set to deliver and install by 3rd party. They never show up and or call me to tell me. Wait all day to find out they were allegedly there but couldn’t get ahold of me. Called the dispatch number and they list of a number that they called that was not mine. Also the delivery information did no match the information printed on the delivery sheet I got from them. Call to get rescheduled and then they say I have to wait 24 hours before I can reschedule. I waited a week for this, tool the day off, then had to wait another 4 days for them to come back. So many excuses on Best Buy’s end and they admitted they messed up not me. Very disappointed and cost me money by taking day off for them to not do what they scheduled.

Washer was easilu installed but tech did not know how to operate machine. He asked me to read the owners manual.
