We love the washing machine, however, I will never buy another product from Best Buy again. The customer service is the worst, although everyone at the store was fine to work with, however, we’ve had nothing but horrible service from your phone cuservice stomper service and your credit department. Can’t get anyone to help you and we’ve had several problems with charges,, credits and delivery. We were promised a $75.00 gift card for the scheduled day they were suppose to deliver it, (didn’t show up) and now I can’t get any One to help me. Also had to return the first machine and bought a lower priced one an never got credit for the difference. Trying to get someone on the phone is ridiculous and almost impossible. Been put on hold on more than one occasion and the agent never came back after an hour. I used buy all of my electronics and items that you’d had in the store, but will never will again step in a Best Buy as long as I live and will never suggest to anyone that I know buy there either. I can buy the same things at Lowes or Home Depot.

I was well informed on delivery schedule, which included the exact day and time. Installation was very professional!! The original purchase did not work properly, but the exchange was seamless. Original delivery was on 04/06/2021. Second delivery was set up for 04/14/2021. A little inconvenience, but we got through it.

The installers were good at communication, called me before coming, came in the installation window, very friendly and knew what they were doing, and installed it efficiently. First time using Best Buy for appliances and installation, and with such good experience, would use Best Buy / Geek Squad in future.

The guys that came out to install my washer were on time. They were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. The washer was installed seamlessly. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The installers were great. They did a fantastic job and were very polite and professional.

Tech was very knowledgeable about the product and had it installed quickly. He performed a factory balance check once it was installed.

We were told our washer would be delivered between 9am-noon. As soon as the service men realized they were going to be outside that window they called to update us on their new delivery time and kept in contact with us to give us updates on their arrival time. Their instructions on how to use the washer were thorough without being overwhelming. As soon as they left I popped a load in and followed their instructions. EASY!

The installation was fast and simple, they got the job done quick and were nice enough the only problem is that they didn’t ask me where I would like what, and so the washer is in front of the dryer spot and the washer is in front of the dryer spot, it doesn’t affect much but it does bother me.

Prompt, fast, zero complaints. I will definitely use the installation services again in the future.

The 2 gentleman assessed our home, and swiftly installed the washer on the 2nd floor in our home. The connected it, tested it, and provided a quick how to of use. No damage was done to our washer and we were happy. Set up was complete in 15 minutes. Took a total of 30 minutes to install both washer and dryer, to include hauling away our old machines. Excellent!!
