Washer installation -Hot and Cold water were installed backwards by Geek Squad Total Tech coverage. Then when I switched them - one of the hoses that I had to purchase to get the installation was already leaking - so had to put on a new hose too. Dryer installation - Vent to dryer was not clamped onto the machine. Not too loose just completely absent of a clamp. Vent was just lying on the floor.

Unbelievable. They were told the washing machine wasn't level after my attendant informed them. It STILL was out of level when I got there after work. I leveled it myself rather than dealing with "professional" installers.

The contracted company that came up-sold a dryer vent, water hammers, and Absolutely REFUSED to put my new set only my old pedestals, because they weren't by the same brand. All of this cost me an additional $206.

While the tech was nice, he failed to provide important info, which has led to more headaches for us and an even longer repair time for our product.

They did a fine job installing but put a small dent in the front. They said someone would call to follow up but no one ever did. Frustrating experience spending that money to have the install guy dent it then not follow up.

You would do best to do it yourself. Poor delivery service.

I ordered my washing machine and dryer online and to be installed. There were a lot of issues with the delivery but that was reviewed somewhere else. I had a horrible odor coming from the laundry room. Took me about 3 months to figure out that the installers put the entire drain hose past the trap which caused the horrible smell. I fixed that. Now 9 months later my washing machine has been putting up an error code constantly. I was checking the water lines and the installer also hooked them both up backwards. Hot to cold and cold to hot. Also hooked up the hot to the dryer which should have been cold. Should train installers better.

They were supposed to show up before 1pm, when they still hadn't shown up by 4 we tried to get an ETA. When they finally showed up they said they weren't sure what faucet to use so they couldn't hook it up. The washer and dryer was for my college age daughter who ended up having to get her landlord out to confirm, he wasn't able to come out until a couple weeks later and when he did he just laughed. One wall had a single faucet for a sink, the other wall had two faucets for the hot and cold water for a washer! I felt like the delivery guys were running behind schedule and just didn't want to complete the job. Super disappointed on the service this time Best Buy.

The washer was installed incorrectly and the delivery person gave me the wrongparts to connect my dryer (which i was informed by him was on back order) to the gas valve.

The installers were on time considering that it was snowing all day

The installer showed up, took one look at our old hose and said we would have to call a plumber. Did not want to mess with it because it was tight. So we had him leave the washer and go. We had to install ourselves. No plumber needed.

Worst experience ever. The salesperson didn’t include the stacking kit in the order. When the guys that were supposed to install the washer and dryer arrived, they installed the fridge, but left the dryer and washer behind because they were missing an stacking kit. Now I bought the installation kit from another company and I’m trying to finish the installation, but I simple can’t find where I should order it without staying 30 min hanging on the phone or chatting with a robot.

What a nightmare!! These 2 movers were not professional and were rude. They spoke Spanish in front of me and refused to address my concerns. They screwed in the hoses and put the LG washing machine in TEST MODE and then left. Had they waited for about 5 minutes they would see the mess. Water flooded my floors. Ruined my rugs. I called Best Buy to register my complaint but to this day ( 3 mos later ) I have not received any satisfaction from this awful experience. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Buy only the LG washing machine and hire professional plumbers. I paid another $200 to qualified installers and repairs to my flooring.

You guys are pathetic; I am waiting for my refrigerator, washer & dryer to be installed since last three weeks. I got product delivered but its seating on my garage because of the incompetent guys you sent over initially as they can't lift the product upstairs to install. Now I got three installation day over past three weeks and everytime technician doesn't showed up. Whenever I call best buy , I just get new date and false hope; again I got a dat for 8/19, if no one showedup this time then I will surely take help from law to teach you guys tough lesion as I can't imagine you guys are so pathetic and incompetent.

ok they were nice enough but charged me to plug it in and put hoses on!

I'm very happy with this purchase. It is exactly what I expected.

OK but parts were expensive compared to what they sell for at Home Depot

My install team were incredibly picky about the location and the state of the water hookups and refused point blank to complete the process. Manage to persuade them to leave washer close to location I desired and completed the hookup myself.
