Machine was never balanced correctly on install. Caused premature damage. Potentially damaged in delivery.

Hot and Cold water lines were juxtaposed. Shrank clothes.

So disappointed. I didn’t even want to give 1 star. My washer hasn’t worked properly since delivered early November. At delivery I was told hook up wasn’t included. Totally incorrect I was also charged $30 by delivery men which are NEVER supposed to take money. I was also told I couldn’t get a receipt for the part because it came from the warehouse. I’m still waiting to hear back from Best Buy about this matter. I’ve called over and over and spoken to different people promising I’d get a call which never comes. Buyer beware if you are getting a washer hook up. Very disappointed

installers are no good at all and very badly customer service.

Steve was the one running the show and told his helper not to install my new washing machine inside a little shed I had made for it. So they dropped the machine off and were getting in their truck to take off and told them, What about the old washer? I had paid for them to take it away. Steve looked at his paperwork and said, Oh yeah! So they took my old washer and left me to unpack the washer and move the washer (ALL BY MYSELF) I was not happy about that service. Not at all. Then I had to get rid of of the packing material. I could have went to Lowe's and gotten a better deal and received it quicker. I want a little something for this complaint.

The people who installed the washer were patient, however they messed up an installation of the dryer which caused it to malfunction. Not sure how experienced they are.

Please hire more Need more Qualified installers for you customers

Do not purchase this washer! Most frustrating experience of my life. I've had 2 defective units delivered at this point and am deciding if I should change brands or just get a full refund and go elsewhere. The service for Best Buy was amazing the Product wasn't.

The crew just act like babies they can’t anything done

Good job on installation but they were extremely late.

Installers seemed rushed. Turns out they didn’t tighten water connection for washer. (Or test) I caught this early before big problem. Other than that, on time, removed old washer and brought in new on schedule.

Dealing with customer service was a nightmare! i’m still waiting for a $24.99 refund! Please train your employees to be more effective!

The “installers” refused to switch the direction of the door opening on the washer going so far as to lie that they needed a kit to do I, which I knew was a lie. I contacted my sales rep at the store repeatedly and go no satisfaction so I am going to have to pay someone to come in and do what should have been done when the washer was installed and should have been part of the installation process. Also, parts were returned (washer hoses, dryer hose, “y” joint) and I was never credited for all of the returned, unused parts. Do yourself a favor and buy your appliances from an appliance store, not Best Buy!

Worst service ever. After a consult with Best Buy about the correct size and all the parts of the stackable I would need, the installation technicians arrived saying I did not purchase a key part, and then after hauling my old one out told me they could not install it because the vent pipe was not right and as a result left it in the center of the room. I had to hire an outside person to come and finish the job costing me much more money and the unit actually does not even fit as directed when I was advised what to buy. Never again will I purchase appliances from Best Buy

We had some issues with installation. First delivery guy wouldn't install the washer without a drain pan. But the second one said they'll not use it because our laundry already has a drain in the floor. So now we have a drain pan that we're not using but wasted our money on purchasing it

Installer showed up and hour early and did not call in advance.

Horrible service. Was told they would arrive at a huge spread of time. Asked if I could be called half hour ahead of their arrival. I Called to see if there was any info when it was getting near end time. We told they were half hour out. It was almost 4 and long after the half hour. Was snowy but driveway and sidewalk was clean of snow a little ice. Driver got out of the truck and started taking pictures and refused to bring washer and dryer to the house. He asked about dryer kit, if I had purchased one. The pipe that was on the existing vent worked fine along with the power cord I removed from old one.

Please note that the installers came out a second time and they have finally assembled the washer and dryer and advised that yes they fit but I need different hoses for the washer with right angle elbows on them and the dryer needs to use the side vent and that this is not work that they do or Best Buy and that I must do it myself ....!!!! Doesn't sound right to me . From the first time them claiming that it doesn't fit to then both fitting and then now it's a matter of the connections sounds like they just don't want to do the work . It's been two weeks , I keep going to pay for laundry and cannot enjoy the products you sold me
