Installers were over an hour late for my delivery and installation then did not finish installing due to 2 screws missing no word yet from anyone as callback was supposed to happen to tell me when installation will be finished. Installers late to my service to finish service before me but could not allow me a few minutes to locate some acceptable screws of my own to finish my install? Why was I not given the same consideration as the other appointments? Sounds like discrimination since I am a woman and not as important or stern enough in demanding they finish the job then?

Installation was delayed due to lack of personnel to do the install. They wanted to reschedule over a week later to do the install. I spent 2 hours on the phone on hold most of the time with no positive outcome. Very disappointed with customer service process! I ended up installing the washer myself! So much for included installation. I did get the satisfaction knowing that it was done right by doing it myself. Recommend that you do the same if you are able and save yourself a lot of frustration!

Not a good attitude, all around was not a good experience. Got pocket dialed. he was very rude and I still tipped them. This was the worst 2,000 purchase I ever made dont make the same mistake I did if a customer reads this.

Delivery was horrible, 3 sets of people came to my home and each one caused problems, lazy, lying and sloppy. Their company has zero accountability for their lack of professionalism. Caused damage to my home and Best Buys insurance company still hasn't gotten involved! Best Buy is basically forcing their customers to deal directly with their vendor that caused damage instead of the insurance company as told on the phone.

Even though the installers Ray & Derrick were very pleasant, the installation was not done properly. The new hose that they connected to the washer was leaking to the point of having a flood on the floor. Contacted Best Buy representatives by phone and hours later, no response, no results. Absolutely sickening. Had to hire a plumber to install the hoses correctly.

I was disappointed because there was an old hose connection. They wouldn't install the washer nor haul the old one. I had paid for the haul away service. I had to make another call to get someone to haul away the old washer.

The installers did not level my washer , They should have . I wrote the survey how the installers done. I wrote everything . I still not hear a thing from Best Buy .

Didn't level my washing machine, after they said they did. Called back to have it re-installed and set up a new appointment for a few days later nobody ever showed or called. Best Buy your customer service sucks about this.

If there was a negative star, i would have given that. Worst possible service. This has been going for months, one or the other excuse to install the pedestals. They either bring damaged product or product with missing parts and always ask for reschedule of delivery and installation. Also, seems no one is held accountable for these type of pathetic services.

Poor customer service and communication. Did not clean up after self and left a mess. Installation was poor and complained of laundry room space and was in a rush.

Washer made a noise in bottom of tub....installer just said put clothes in it and it would stop....not good. Installer didn't put cables in straight (hot/cold)....installer didn't run the specified test

Fast not completely efficient but fast they got it done

They did not make sure the washer was level and now I cannot do laundry without the washer going UL. And leaving the laundry soaking wet.

They brought the machines in, set them up but broke the cold water supply valve so I had my plumber install next day. They didn’t know how to resolve the problem. I felt more confident having my plumber deal with the gas valve after the snafu anyway.

The guys never installed my drier and washing mashing I that I-purchased in your store. When They came to my house into my basement, They spent like 5 minutes and put obstacles to install my drier and washing mashing. My husband had to install them.

The delivery person/installer arrived with a thin bandanna barely over his face that he kept pulling down. When I asked him to please put on an actual mask (which the Best Buy website says they do) he glared at me and sulked out to get one from his car. He did not stay 6 feet away from me in the house. He yelled at me when I didn’t understand what he said to me about cleaning behind my washing machine because I was in another room and didn’t hear him. He flooded my laundry room. It was the worst home delivery experience I’ve ever had.

The installers were unable to unhook my original hot water hose, and left without giving an explanation in English or Spanish. Horrible experience.

Had an absolutely terrible experience with the installers. They did not have in there paperwork that they dryer was to be moved into the garage instead of "relocated", and they man had a huge attitude about it for the rest of the delivery. He asked me to call the company , so i called best buy, and then was loudly informed that i should have called his 3rd party company and not best buy. He was very sure to tell me they were a middleman company that got paid practically nothing from Best Buy for these services. He also had an audible altercation with the other installer that was very uncomfortable.

The team was unprepared. The had to ask me for tools for the install at one point and then didn't know they were supposed to take the old washer when they were done. The team was polite, just clueless.
